Our air has been out for a few days, finally called Luxury Air and they came the next morning! Our tech was nice and explained everything so we could understand what the problem was. There was no pressure or sales push. He got it running but warned us it could go back out without the new parts. 10/10 recommend them if you need help with heating or air.

Doug came out, didn’t complain at all, got my heat working today quickly at that and even showed me what to do if it acts up again! Sheldon called shortly before scheduled appointment time to let me know he was running late. He arrived 15 minutes later. He was polite, friendly, and did thorough cleaning and maintenance work. Replaced filter and disposed of old filter. Always a pleasure doing business with them

Have been going through Luxury Air for a few years now and I’ve always been impressed. Today they installed a brand new furnace, A/C and thermostat. They were very clean, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Rudee has come out a few times for maintenance and always helped me out. I overheard some extra work they had to do to get the install complete (they had to level my floor and it sounded like they ran into some issues with my current gas line) but they took care of it all and didn’t add any additional fees! Their financing option was easy to use and get approved. Compared to other estimates/services from other companies I received (a new HVAC System is expensive, so wanted to make sure I got the best deal) Luxury Air STILL had the best option. Definitely try them out! You won’t be disappointed!

Luxury Air tech was extremely respectful towards my wife. Really went above trying to find issue with furnace. Finally found it. Need an entire new system. Current is older so I figured we would. Looking into that now. Service call was extremely well priced considering everything gentleman did. Highly recommend!

Luxury Air did a 10/10 job. My project was not as straight forward as they had originally thought but they gave no complaints or additional charges for the added challenges. They did a fantastic job with attention to detail as I am very much a perfectionist and have high standards. So in all 10/10 recommend! Give them a call!

Excellent experience, Ricky and his team came out to give me estimate on replacement hvac, rather then right up estimate Ricky completed few test on my current system and rec a new capacitor
