Good work. On time. Explained process. Described results and findings of cleaning. Very kind and considerate. Also gave a suggestion to an issue that was discovered with humidity in our hallway near the return duct.

Sheldon was so helpful, there was great communication with him and Luxury Air. They were both friendly and professional. I was able to understand his explanations and will definitely call them for any needs in the future.

Could not recommend Rj and his team enough! They are always quick, honest, and do GREAT work! Called him late Thursday night and they arrived first thing Friday morning. Very knowledgeable, going above and beyond the issue at hand. Luxury Air got the AC working again in no time!!

Wouldn’t use anyone else for our HVAC needs. Luxury Air installed new ductwork to our existing furnace and ran new ductwork to our second story bedroom and bathroom. The project was done in a timely and professional manner. They answered all questions regarding our concerns. They offer a yearly maintenance program that we signed up for the second year in a row because we were so satisfied with in-depth maintenance that is involved. This is a company you can TRUST to do what is right by the customer. We would highly recommend this company!

Had a new propane furnace installed. I was very pleased with the quality of workmanship and the detail to the cleanliness of my home that all the workers portrayed.

Luxury Air is a great heating and air company. They replaced my old central air unit and installed a new furnace and heat pump. The price was several thousand dollars cheaper than other companies I looked into and the service was amazing. I now use them for their maintenance service and they come out twice year to keep my unit operating at peak efficiency.

When our A/C went out in the heat of summer, Luxury Air was able to help us next day. This team not only took care of all our needs quickly, they did it while being compassionate, informative and friendly. We will choose Luxury Air every time.

I cannot refer Luxury Air family and team enough! My AC quit working in the dead of summer, I called and was able to get scheduled right away. Rudee and Doug were not only knowledgeable but they worked together as a team! To install a brand new unit, ductwork and new registers in my 100 year old house! Talk about outstanding customer service and gaming a warranty on all work completed! Not to mention, very competitive pricing!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company! The owner came out to give us a quote on what it would cost to replace our AC unit. He was knowledgeable in potential tax credits for the different options provided to us and even called our utilities department to see if they offered any rebates. That extra help is what made the decision for us on who we went with. On the day the unit was being replaced, the team arrived on time, were polite, and efficient. While replacing the unit, they found a significant issue with our furnace. They had said it might be the next day before they could fix it, which was more than fine with us since it was unexpected, but somehow they found a way to get it all done in the same day. From start to finish, the service was top notch and we will definitely use them in the future!

Fantastic service! Doug was extremely friendly and kind, arrived early, diagnosed and fixed the issue with our AC quickly, and did it all in an extreme heat wave in less than an hour. I plan on using Luxury Air for all of our future needs and highly recommend them to anyone!
