We have used Stidd's Comfort Systems twice in the past year. Once for a full AC/Furnace replacement & duct repair and more recently for a ductless mini-split installation. Both interactions could not have gone better. Caleb and his team were on time, professional, and proficient. In my opinion, the service received is more personal and a better value than what the larger companies in the area provide. Stidd's Comfort Systems is my first call for all HVAC related needs.

Our furnace broke down during this Sub-Zero episode. Called Caleb at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday night and he was at our house in 15 minutes. On Sunday we decided that we should get a new furnace so we called back and Caleb said he would try to have it complete on Monday which was a federal holiday, Martin Luther King Day, so we were unsure if he would be able to pull it off. Caleb and Sammy Davis showed up Monday morning at 8:30. They were out by 5:00 p.m. with an unbelievable install job. Neat and clean, efficient, I can't say enough about the job they did for us. I would highly recommend them. Thanks to you Caleb and Sammy.

Caleb and his team did a full removal of an old furnace and A/C system and installed a higher efficiency system at our home. At the consultation he was prompt and answered all our questions. I got three quotes and his was the most reasonable. The day of the installation they arrived when they said they would and worked with a purpose! There was no slacking around, foul language or smoking with any of the team. They did play a radio softly and sang along. I could hear one of the guys who was working on the duct work in our crawlspace singing along as well. During the final systems check, Caleb would not leave until everything worked perfectly. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure we were satisfied before they left for the day. I would highly recommend Stidd's Comfort Systems!
Also: I had 4 brand new air filters for my old system which were the wrong size for the new system. Caleb traded the ones that wouldn't fit for 4 new ones that were the correct size for my new system. He certainly didn't have to do that, but it just goes to show his level of commitment to keep his customers happy!

Stidds Comfort Systems recently replaced my 35 year old furnace. The service was prompt and the price was very reasonable. Don't waste your time with those big companies that advertise on TV. I would highly recommend Stidds Comfort Systems.

I was visiting my wife's Aunt when we discovered her air conditioner was not working. I decided to call Stidd's on a Sunday afternoon. Caleb returned my call within 15 minutes and offered to work us in Monday morning 10am. He showed up 5 minutes early and was able to get us up and running in no time. Stidd’s is great! Our AC went out last Monday during a particularly hot day. We called them in the morning and they were able to be out here that same afternoon. Our unit is older, but they replaced one part that they happened to have on hand and it was back to working again. It was a quick fix for them, and a very reasonable cost for us. And, the tech made some fishing spot recommendations for my husband. I’d definitely recommend them, and we’ll be using them again in the future.

I've had service work done and also a complete HVAC system replacement. They have a "fix it first" mindset and only suggest replacements when truly needed, which I appreciate and you will too.

Caleb and his team are truly the best. I cannot even express how grateful and thankful my wife and I are for them. Amazing service, great prices, and great people. They have always gone above and beyond for us. Caleb even got a stuck on hose fitting off our spigot one time while coming out to take a look at our ac unit. It had been stuck for two years. We recently got a new furnace from them too. Again, great prices and great crew. They are a perfect example of why you use local companies for your needs.

Out HVAC went out in the coldest day of the year. Caleb and his crew were prompt and courteous. Caleb was responsive of all of our questions, helped us save some money while installing a system that is better than the one we previously had. I would recommend he and his crew to anyone. They also cleaned up after themselves and left our space as clean as it was when they arrived.

Local Martinsville guys are fast, friendly, and affordable. Called on Thursday, new unit installed Friday! They dont waste money on fancy jingles, just call them already, ok Morgan county???

Have had Sheldon out to check out a concern with the furnace towards the end of the cold season and Rudee was just out with a problem with our central air conditioning. Both men were excellent with their service and we'll definitely use them again if we have any other issues.

They came and did an inspection within hours of me calling and there was no pressure to buy or upgrade, no scare tactics and very down to earth. Really good at communicating what came in each package and what level of service it would achieve. They had the equipment ready in a few days and had a fully installed brand new unit in one workday even though they were working a lot in the snow to get the outdoor part of the unit replaced. I got a two stage heat pump with auxiliary electric heat that they said they’ve done several of in the area, the install was wired cleanly, the ducting they modified was tightly sealed and neat, and they took away the old unit.

RJ with Luxury Air came out and was extremely helpful. I feel like he was honest and fairly priced in an age where honesty is hard to come by. I recommend Luxury Air and will definitely be calling them back if I am ever in need of any another HVAC services!
