I spent all morning calling companies to give us quotes. I knew it looked like it was just a loose fitting on the pipe that needed to be tightened. I received quotes ranging from $200 to $400. I was flabbergasted and just needed an honest person to come and take a look. Rob, with Pipeworks LLC, came to our house and tightened the fitting for free. I know it's not always going to happen like that, but today it was a blessing to have such a professional and honest person help us!! We will be using Pipeworks LLC for all of our plumbing needs moving forward!! And we will certainly be recommending
Pipeworks LLC to all of our friends and neighbors!!!

Rob came out quickly and helped me with a problem with a leaking hose bib, which was spraying water near our foundation. He was fast and professional and clearly explained the problem. We had a resolution in 20 minutes. We will definitely call PipeWorks, LLC again for any future plumbing issues!

Rob was terrific with identifying our leak in the kitchen. He discovered that it was not a plumbing problem but rather a faulty dishwasher. There was no charge for the diagnosis and visit and lots of expert advise on how to proceed. I highly recommend their services.

Rob and his guys at Pipeworks Plumbing were great. They were responsive, respectful, knowledgeable, and stayed late to make sure job was done correctly. I will use them again anytime I need plumbing services.

Update 12/10/2018: We didn't have our new stove when they had come out and installed the gas line a couple of months ago. We just got the new stove and the gas line needed to be moved over about 12 inches to accommodate the stove type. Pipe Works came back out and moved the line at no charge. Friendly, honest, quality company. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!!

This crew was top notch they worked the entire day on what had been expected to be minor repairs. Turns out it was much more then that. They took care of it all. The price was very reasonable and the guys were great. Best experience I've had with plumbing in years!

We had a slab leak. Rob was responsive to our call, got the leak located and began work rotohammering through the slab and repairing the leak. Rob was great at keeping the mess to a minimum. He was able to fix the problem much faster and with less damage to our kitchen floor than we expected. We really appreciate the job Rob did.

The Pipeworks team did a great job on outside work at my former home in addressing a sump-line issue. They then came out to my new home for a broken water pipe on a weekend - got there quickly and addressed the issue to get us and running again. Very professional with prompt, courteous service. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Rob came out to my daughter's home on a Sunday afternoon to inspect an issue from an installation by another company that was leaking. Found that a less expensive solution was what was needed and completed the job for us during the next week. Very impressed with his attitude and that of his son. They will be our plumbers moving forward.

Robert did a great job! Our water heater was running out of hot water very fast. It was old and full of lime. Our home warranty covered it, thankfully. Robert was awesome! I called Friday. He took care of everything with the home warranty and was out that Monday. He replaced the water heater and took out the old one within a few hours. Great service! Thank you Robert!

We were having problems with our water heater not heating the water. Called Rob and he was able to come the next day and even earlier than stated. It was the thermostat but after discussing options I chose to go with a whole new water heater. The old one was 12 years old. Rob answered all questions I had and was able to get the new heater installed less than an hour after he brought it in the house.

Rob and his team at Pipeworks were amazing! He is quick to respond as well as honest and did not recommend work that was not needed. Rob was upfront with what my options were and then helped to develop a plan for the work needed now as well as a “down the road” path staged to ensure an easier and more cost effective job when/if the time comes. I called PipeWorks for a second opinion and am so glad I did. We had our ejector pump go out and another big outfit plumbing company (that I won't mention but would like to) gave us an outrageous estimate for the repair. Thankfully I called PipeWorks to come out! They were at my house in about an hour, found out that our pump had a warranty on it and had everything fixed quickly and very economically. I will use them for every future plumbing repair and highly recommend that anyone who needs a job done right with honest and personable people to do the same. I would give them 10 stars if I could! We are very pleased with the services we received from PipeWorks. They came out on a Sunday afternoon when we needed help. The plumber arrived in a timely fashion and completed the repair. The service was professional, courteous, and fairly priced. Plus, he gave us a couple of great tips. We would highly recommend PipeWorks!

This company followed several other plumbing services in my old fixer upper home. The others addressed the symptoms, not fixing the actual cause. Rob came in, found the problem and fixed it the first time. This was months ago, no issues since. He more recently installed a softener/filtration system. There had never been a softener before and extensive work was needed in the crawl. All was completed quickly and for a reasonable price. This company is on my call as needed list. I highly recommend them.

Called yesterday, 4/24/24 with a small problem with our new water heater. Had been without hot water for over a week. Another plumber had come and charged for part on old water heater that didn’t fix it. Told us we needed a new water heater and offered to replace it for us at a ridiculous price. We replaced it ourselves but had a small problem. Jimmy from Pipeworks worked us in with his full schedule on Tuesday. He did an excellent job and charged us a very reasonable price. Pipeworks will be our go to people from now on! Highly recommend them to anyone!

Rob and his helper did a fine job replacing our water heater. When I initially contacted him, he suggested we replace our leaking heater with the same brand, and his price was far lower than the other estimates I received. He arrived early, worked efficiently, and left the area as he found it. I appreciate a privately-owned business over the larger companies. It's clear that Rob values his customers and his reputation. He'll be my go-to plumber in the future.

We were really impressed by PipeWorks! We called with short notice and fortunately the schedule worked out that they were able to come out the following day. They gave us a quote and stuck with that price even with us having a list of items to take care of. They put in our water softener, replaced our element in our water heater and replaced and checked a drain in our bathtub. They answered all of our questions and were very professional. Highly recommend and appreciate their willingness to help and professionalism! We won’t hesitate to reach out to them again!
