Called on a Monday service was made to the house within an hour for a small gas leak. Rob tried to repair the problem quickly more parts were needed. Pipe works sent a service tech the next morning first thing and fixed the problem quickly and politely he helped relight all the pilot lights. Would recommend this company to anyone they are polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. 5 stars will recommend for any kind of pipe work gas or water.

Rob is consummate professional. Without hesitation I would recommend him for any commercial project, he's responsible; communicates well, and you can definitely tell he takes the utmost pride in his work.

Well this place is a joke! One of their company vehicles launched a bucket into my windshield throwing glass into my vehicle where my 5yr non verbal autistic child was asleep! The driver DID NOT stop or anything. Luckily I was smart enough to take pictures of their vehicle. If they won't take responsibility for this I highly doubt they would take responsibility for anything they do in your HOME! A month before Christmas and $400 windshield! BEWARE

They were courteous with calls to let us know when help would arrive. Our tech spoke with me throughout the process so I knew exactly what was happening. Very pleased with service thus far and would recommend them to family and friends.

Aaron, our serviceman, was knowledgeable about the age of our water heater, and problems with hard water. He tested our water, made recommendations, then he replaced our water heater the same day. Pricing was fair, and we got a discount as part of Hudson’s savings program, which includes an extended warranty, and annual maintenance of the new water heater. Very happy!
