The prices were outrageous, the service was abysmal, and the technician botched the installation so that only half of the house is even remotely warm. And for what? A whopping $500 for a new ignition box that doesn't work properly. We wouldn't be caught dead working with them again or recommending them to anyone. After complaining via phone, I'm still waiting for a response - total lack of accountability.
