I called them when my air conditioning stopped working, and they said it might be low Freon. They charged me a pretty penny to add more Freon, but then my house ended up being hotter than before they left. So, I had to call them back. This time, they came out and charged me again to take out the extra Freon, saying that maybe too much was added. After some discussion with their boss and another experienced tech, they admitted they didn't know what was wrong and recommended a new AC unit.

I had signed up for the Ecoedge club hoping it would be my go-to company since I wasn't sure about them beforehand. The yearly fee of $204 was supposed to save me on labor costs, but it turned out to be another surprise charge. I hadn't been notified in advance that they'd be charging again a few weeks later, and the next bill was for another $204 - for services I never needed or wanted the first time around.

When I asked for a refund, they told me I had to call the day before the payment, which wasn't very convenient. They even wouldn't consider prorating my fee since I only found out about it after 10 days of the year-long service. Now, with another $204 bill on the way because I won't be using them again, I'd advise anyone else to look elsewhere.
