Ray did an excellent job rodding a tough situation, back to back lavs feeding an offset cross. First company out was not able to, but was willing to carve a hole in a brick wall and have apprentices cut into the system without a plumber on site for 5 times the fee. Best thing we did was send them home and call someone with experience. Thanks again Ray!

Way overpriced!!! We were desperate, without running water, looking for an answer. A tech came out and replaced the pressure switch (which was only a few years old) for our well tank and charged nearly $400. Outrageous! After being overcharged, I talked to 3 other companies that don't charge near as much as this company. About $125 was the average cost. And considering one of these switches could be bought for maybe $25 and just a few wires to connect I think it's totally BS that Downing Plumbing charges such a high rate! AND to top it all off, that wasn't even the issue. We needed a whole new well pump, which we thought was possibly the issue to begin with. SO, Aren't these techs able to diagnose the problem before they do any work? Did he know that the switch was fine? Even if this company doesn't replace well pumps, why try to "fix" something knowing that's not the problem?! Honestly, I have never posted a review about anything but this company has me furious right now!! Hopefully if you decide to hire them you'll have better luck!

They provide high quality service. They were able to help me out immediately . Their prices were great. They worked with my schedule. All employees were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The placed tarps down to keep my floorsclean They cleaned up when they were done . I had a very positive experience with Downing plumbing. I would highly recommended them to anyone. I will definitely use them for any of my future plumbing needs.
