These guys really know what their doing. We finally decided to have our washer and dryer moved upstairs from the basement so it would be safer for me. If anyone has ever fell down the stairs then you know what I’m talking about. They are very professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly. I highly recommend them for your next plumbing or electrical needs 😊

I would rate this company lower if I could. My review will be lengthy, but you can decide yourself whether it is fair. F.O.C. (“The company”) seems to take delight in taking advantage of first-time home owners, seniors, and disabled vets (me). At the time I invited “the company” into my home, I was a trusting, yet HVAC-naive, customer. My purpose was to obtain a recommendation for HVAC energy (money) cost savings for this large home. “The company” recommended I replace 1000 sq ft. of existing rigid duct piping with “flex line.” I suppose they didn’t suggest replacement of the other 1500 sq. ft., thinking I might balk at the price? I took the advice and “the company” carefully removed the expensive steel rigid ducting and replaced it with cheap flex line, at their leisure, on and off, over a seven day period. They cheerfully offered to haul-off My steel ducting, free of charge! I have no doubt my expensive and pristine steel ducting was later used on another job, sold as new. Not long after, the flex line collapsed in multiple locations, reducing airflow by 90%! As a result of “the company,” both furnaces failed, and both air conditioners, one of which I purchased from F.O.C., upon their recommendation. The unit I purchased, for top dollar, I later learned was one of the cheapest and least reliable on the market. I have made every effort since this began to have F.O.C. make this situation right. My attempts were met with scorn, and “the company” actually stated “I” was lying; they were only hired to replace my original flex line! My home architectural drawings and building permits etc...prove otherwise. The cost to me exceeds $30,000 to date for work not needed, and stress off the charts. I was going to file suit, but a heart attack and recovery period, prevented me from filing in time. “The company” can still do the right thing by me, and for far below my to-date expenditures. If that happens, I will edit this review, with a smile on my face. Please see pictures and decide yourselves. Thanks. Update: 19 APR 23 F.O.C. “Crickets.” Buyer beware!!!!
