Nice gentleman came out to try and fix an older (kenmore) used washer. Motor is done, he tried! Good customer service.

From the day this company came out, it has been nothing but problems. We have a 3 month old GE fridge. It stopped working. We were concerned a mouse may have chewed a wire. The repairman came, walked in, was there less than 5 minutes and said he'd order the part and it would be a week. In a week, we phoned and no part was ordered. We were told to call GE. GE had no info on the call or part. They called Honest and Fair and was told we had an infestation of Mice. Bear in mind we have seen a mouse and have set out traps and poison and have not seen anymore. GE said we had to have a pest control company come out. So to the tune of $130, we had a company come out. He did a thorough examination of all crooks, crannies and crevices and saw no sign of mice. He set out boxes, traps, sticky traps, etc and still no mice. So GE signed off on the repair. No one from Honest and Fair showed up despite us having the order #from GE. When I called, we were told they wouldn't come if there was an infestation. This time, they said roaches. We have never seen a roach in this cabin since we've lived here 3 years. NEVER. We find it interesting that these accusations have occurred from an individual who was in our home less than 5 minutes, did not remove one thing from our fridge, not one screw. We even had the fridge turned around so the back would be facing him. My husband is nearly blind and has heart disease. We have now been without a fridge for over a month. I could never recommend this company to anyone. I feel someone is lying here because we live fairly far from their location and they don't want to come back. I'm quite curious how he said the infestation was in a unit of the fridge when he didn't remove or touch any single part of our refrigerator. If there was an infestation, wouldn't we notice something in our home? There's something rotten in Denmark here. I'd like to see photo proof. EDITED: I also wanted to add that we spent a lot of time reading some other reviews and it appears that the company has used "infestation" as an excuse in other homes. Our refrigerator was replaced by G.E. since we could not find anyone to come out and make the repair as we live in a rural area.

First of all, let me begin by saying don’t buy a Frigidaire appliance. The only thing good that came from me buying this appliance is working with Honest and fair Appliance Repair. Marty and Noah took such great care of us keeping in constant contact while customer service at Frigidaire was less than zero. They could’ve cared less about whether or not my refrigerator was working. We had the refrigerator delivered October 14 and it was just fixed yesterday November 13 not because Marty and Noah and the team at Honest and fair did not do their job because they did everything to advocate to get us the part or a new refrigerator. I received phone calls multiple times from Marty checking in on us making sure we were OK while Frigidaire never reached out to us one time. We tried calling Home Depot, which also was of no use because they could have also cared less. Our money will be spent elsewhere from now on, but if I have to have this, Refridgerator worked on again it will be through Honest and fair. If I could give them 100 stars I would.

They were able to come in a couple of days and solve my dryer problem while here. Nice personalities and explained what was done clearly. Wouldn’t hesitate to call again

Scheduling was a breeze. The technician that came out, wish I could remember his name, was professional and efficient in diagnosing and fixing the problem. Price was reasonable especially compared to purchasing a new dryer. Would recommend.

I had a technician named Noah come out to fix our refrigerator, and he did a phenomenal job! He replaced a fan and a line, cleaned everything out, and made sure it was running perfectly. Very professional, efficient, and thorough. We are so happy with the service—highly recommend!

Noah came out to fix my fridge which had an ice tray leak. It was a simple fix but he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I had - even questions about a previous fridge issue I had dealt with that I asked about out of curiosity. He didn’t rush the job and made sure the work he did fixed the issue before leaving. I highly recommend them for any appliance services you may need.

I shopped around for pricing. Honest and Fair Appliance Repair wasn’t the cheapest option, but was worth the extra expense.

Our technician, Noah, was great. He was good at communicating and building trust.

Noah’s initial visit revealed our dishwasher would need 1 or 2 parts to get running again, but we wouldn’t know until after the first part was installed. He went ahead and ordered both parts. He came back a couple of weeks later to install and luckily one part fixed it. The second part would’ve been an additional ~$200. Noah didn’t try to charge for or sell me something I didn’t need.

I used a different company for repairs in the past and was unsatisfied with several aspects of their service; so I intentionally did not choose them this time. I am thankful for a very different experience with Honest and Fair Appliance Repair and will definitely call Noah again when our next appliance issue arises.
