The process to get started was great. I’m bad at names, but the young lady was pleasant, courteous and friendly. She set up my appointment and confirmed it. The process for updates is great! It’s like tracking a pizza. Then 15 minutes before my service tech, Noah, arrived I received an automated call to let Me know he was on the way. It’s great they take safety into their practice. Noah can focus on driving while the system updates the customer. Noah was great, showed him the appliance, he asked a couple questions, checked it out and gave us the estimate. So easy and quick. Our dryer is back up and running. A great recommendation for quick and reliable service.

We highly recommend Honest and Fair. They have quickly addressed the in warranty issues with our dishwasher several times. Jacob B. was able to work with the manufacturer to obtain a replacement unit. We appreciate the excellent customer support he provided. He is pleasant, knowledgeable and explains everything in the process.

We inquired about a repair for an upright freezer through Honest and Fair Appliance Repair after another repairman could not work on it. On the day of the appointment, the service technician called (I believe the name was Jeremy) and talked through our freezer issue before coming. After discussion, he advised that the potential necessary work would be more than what we originally paid for on the freezer. We all agreed that the best bet would just be to buy something new instead of repair. This to us meant a lot but someone working for a company would give us an honest and reasonable recommendation before we got into something that just didn’t make sense financially. Because of this, this company will be our first call for any other issues in the future and recommendations that friends/family may need.
