Reviews of local pros in Ossian, Indiana

Excellent service at more than fair cost.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Personable and honest technicians. Looking forward to working with you in the future. We are glad to share our experience with friends and family. You are a great reference.

Matt was an extremely skilled and honest plumber.

Called them morning of my issue. They sent a team out a few hours later. Their crew was very respectful and tried multiple different approaches to unclogging my drain. Was able to get the issue resolved and grateful there are still good people in this world. Thanks!

Very knowledgeable on anything plumbing and great customer service. Highly recommend!

Called Rightway to fix a
Leaking pipe under my Mom and Pops old farmhouse. They came out and gave an estimate that was agreeable and were back the next day to complete the job. Very nice guys who took the time to explain their steps to us. Will definitely use again and anytime we have plumbing needs.

These guys are awesome! Called at 3 on Thursday and Friday they came and fixed my issues!!

Really nice people from the office person to the plumbers. They are fast and do a great job.

Prompt and knowledgeable team!! I was ever so grateful to have a new shutoff valve replaced and water spigot installed. Definitely recommend Rightway Plumbing

Got here in a timely manner, and a great job, went above and beyond, will definitely use them again

I can't say enough good things about this company they are very knowledgeable and respectful

I have had such a great experience with Rightway Plumbing. Their team replaced my showers and have fixed multiple plumbing issues that I have had. Most recently, I was having issues with my water heater leaking and poor water pressure. They came out and fixed both issues in the same day. They educated me on what they had to fix and what to look for in the future. Now I have beautiful new showers, great water pressure, and a working water heater. I cannot recommend Rightway Plumbing enough!

They guys were very professional and very nice.

Thank you Rightway Plumbing! Highly recommended! We had some work needing to be done on our Plumbing in our 120 year old home and Rightway got us all taken care of right before the holidays! Quality work, friendly staff and affordable!!! Will most definitely be using their services for all our Plumbing needs! Very happy customer! 🙂

Rightway Plumbing and their staff are always courteous, honest, and on time. In my opinion, those are the three most important characteristics you look for in a service provider.

Couldn’t be happier with the services provided. The guys were on time, professional and polite. They went above and beyond to get the job done. The owner himself was very nice and easy to talk to. Communication was clear and everyone was on the same page. Exactly what you want out of a company doing work on your home. Will definitely be calling these guys back in the future! 👍🏻

RightWay fixed my plumbing the right way.. no pun intended! I would 100% recommend them to family, friends, and clients!

Right Way Plumbing has worked for us personally and for our church several times, and they did a great and timely job! The price was reasonable, and they were friendly and respectful of our property.

We had a suspicion that our pipes froze, and they came in less than an hour with great customer service; and a fast solution!

Rightway Plumbing did a great job installing my new water heater. Stephen was the technician—super professional, on time, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything, worked efficiently, and left the area clean. Highly recommend Stephen and Rightway Plumbing!

Our older home has had reoccurring plumbing issues over the years. Now, Rightway Plumbing is the local company we trust with our soggy house. Anytime we have an issue, they quickly get us on their schedule and arrive at the scheduled time. Everyone we’ve met is friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer questions we have about our home’s plumbing.
