This family owned business took care of our family as one of their own. If you have boiler baseboard heat, these guys are highly professional, experienced, and they have vast knowledge in the heating and HVAC world. It cannot be overstated that these guys are the best and you will be well served. Thank you Robert, Amy and the whole team. When they learned we had been without heat, they personally drove space heaters over to our home and came back first thing in the morning to work carefully and until the job was done. I cannot say thank you enough!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. From the customer service representative in the office to the technicians, they are all so kind and willing to help. I’ve had Larry out to my house a couple times in the past 6 months for problems with our furnace. After attempting a couple affordable solutions, this time we knew we would need a major repair. I called Kirby at 3:30pm and they had someone to my home by 4:00pm. Larry was quick and professional and even though it was a major repair it was again affordable. I will never call anyone else.

We have been using Kirby for 18 years and they have always been prompt, and courteous! We have recommended them to others & they have also been happy with service.

We needed both a new furnace and new a/c, and Kirby Heating and Air quickly provided detailed quotes for a couple of different options. They were responsive in answering all of my questions, and once the install was scheduled, their crew arrived on time and completed everything in a timely manner. They also cleaned up everything before they left. In fact, the only evidence of them being there was the now near-silent system. I ended up choosing the option recommended by them, and I've been very happy with it!

Excellent customer service. Lloyd did not attempt to upsell me in anyway. The installation crew arrived on time as promised. They worked diligently all day long. They cleaned up when the job was done. Everything works fantastic. I am particularly pleased with the Honeywell programmable Wi-Fi thermostat they installed. I’ve used Kirby for at least the last 15 years and have never been disappointed with their quality of service. I’ve recommended them to many of my friends and associates and will continue to do so! Thank you guys for a job well done.

Woke up to a chilly house as the furnace wasn’t working. Called Kirby before they opened and left a voicemail. Recieved a text from Robert shortly thereafter letting me know they received my message and someone would be contacting me after the office opened. I was called shortly before 8 am and they had someone ready to come out and 45 minutes after their arrival we were fixed up and running again! We highly recommend Kirby for any HVAC needs!

Not a lot of companies out there today that deliver the level of service Kirby has from the minute I called about my heat pump being frozen to today’s installation.

Also, Eileen in the office was great to work with. Very responsiveness and quick turn around on quotes and questions.

Response time was fantastic! Showed up on time and in one case before estimated appointment time. Took a couple visits to completely diagnose and fix but done with repair in timely and efficient manner. Thank you!

Call me a customer for life! I was having problems with my gas furnace. Had a different company service it and tell me it couldn't be fixed and then tried to sell me a new furnace.

So glad I called Kirby instead. They inspected my furnace and told me it could be fixed, and was under warranty. They fixed it very quickly. The team was so helpful and professional, and they saved my family big time. It's so nice to have quality professionals you can trust to help you in a time of need! I will use Kirby for anything with my furnace and air condititioner from now on!

These guys are great. I was having issues with our heat pump system and was getting nowhere through my home warranty supplier was sending out. I finally gave up and called Kirby. They sent folks out to determine what was actually wrong, walked me through the entire system to explain why I was having the issues I was, and fixed the problem quickly and correctly. I had to do some back and forth with the warranty company and Kirby's front office folks were just super to work with during that time. The technicians were great and did very clean work. Excellent service, can't recommend them enough!

I started using Kirby a few years ago when I realized that most H&A businesses are salespeople 1st and technicians 2nd. They came and did a 2nd opinion. Very honest company.

Next day ac repair when it was 90 degrees outside. They had more than fair prices, and friendly workers. They were recommended by a friend/coworker .. and now I will refer Kirby to anyone in their service area in need of hvac services. My new 'go to'.

My furnace quit during one of the coldest days and Kirby Heating was able to quickly get it working. I’ve found that they are very dependable and customer focused. Ive had very positive experiences and their technical knowledge is excellent.

We had been without ac for going on three days and were referred by friends to Kirby. I called and they had someone out to our house in less than two hours and had everything working in less than fifteen minutes. Very professional, friendly, affordable, and punctual. I highly recommend this company.
