It was a great visit with Stewart today. When I first opened the door I was meet with a warm smile and great first impression. Stewart explained the issue with my oven and gave a clear diagnosis. He then handled the repair and payment professionally and closed our visit as comfortable as it began. Stewart is truly an asset to your company.

Appliance Pro is top notch! I am very pleased with this company. We set the appointments; they confirmed the day before each appointment; they called shortly before arriving for each appointment. The service tech even arrived at the beginning of the time window both days, which maximized my own productivity and use of time.
Andrew is the service tech that completed the work. He repaired two GE appliances - refrigerator (water filter head) and dryer (belt). He is professional and efficient, and he knocked out the work quickly. He answered all my questions and offered some tips.

Told me it was a $99 call out and diagnostic fee. Technician took the dryer apart found nothing wrong. He Offered to vacuum the inside of the dryer again even though we all ready had before they came. I even said I’ll blow it out real fast with my C02 to get the little bit we missed. He said don’t worry about it I have a vacuum. Never mentioned I was going to be charged an additional $128 for “preventative maintenance” what a scam I will be calling in the morning.

We have used the same serviceman twice now and he is absolutely wonderful. Everything he works on has been fixed quickly and we have had no problems since then. He also educates us on how things work and what to do and not do. I will never use anyone else.

Technician Stewart was great!!!!! He was very professional and had a great personality!!! He even handled me being a jerk about the price very professionally. The price the company wants to charge to fix a washing machine... not so great. For what they want I can get a brand new washing machine!!! Thanks but no thanks!!! Time to go shopping for a new machine!!!
