They were promt, friendly and accommodating. Delivered dirt to my home, which was out of there service range and was on time.

I took back a flowering plant I had purchased, because it died after only having it for 2 weeks. I was told once an item leaves the store they are not responsible for your item. The salesman was very arrogant.

I decided to come here this past weekend looking to update my landscaping with new bushes and flowers. My wife and I decided to come here based on reviews of great customer service and to get a professional opinion. While here there were 2 other customers and we were not acknowledged by a single employee and found it difficult to get attention of the staff. We ultimately left and went elsewhere.

Greenhouses and planty plants. The wife seemed happy. So, I’ll give it 5 stars.

I've been a Dyer Resident for 20 years, Close by, reasonable prices, and can buy a Buckets of Sand or Rock. I purchased 3 Trees from here 19 Years Ago. And, They still look nice.

Very friendly! We go here every year for our Christmas tree. Always fresh, good selection and decent prices. Trees hung from celing so you can spin them around.

I bought a couple of trees and had them planted by Allen Landscaping. The woman at the desk who helped me was great, talking over options and thoroughly explaining the costs involved, how to care for the trees and more. I've also bought a few plants from the center and like the quality of what I've gotten from them and help at the store when I needed it. The crew that delivered and planted the trees did a nice job, and likewise did a solid job of explaining the work they did and what to do after they left.

I purchased a tree yesterday, April 27th. I had a couple questions before I did so. The lady I talked to was extremely knowledgeable helpful. I have dealt with Allen Landscaping for years. I have always found the staff to be helpful and sell quality products.

Terrific place to shop and support a local business. Tim was super helpful to me in figuring out how much dirt and pavers I needed for a project. The rest of the staff was also friendly and helpful. Much better service than you'd get in a big box!

I went to 5 differant places looking for stone for around our pool and stopped here and was happy I did. The gentleman went over and beyond to help me. He made me feel like he truely cared and he wanted my business. Because of this, I chose to get my rock from here. Great customer service!

2 trips. Excellent and informative. Had what we needed. Enjoy personalize service during a lull. Picked an overcast day to shop and those "got to get it first gardeners were gone. So was quite peaceful and enjoyable.

Understand that my lower rating is only because there was not much left there I needed. I am late getting my flowers and this should be noted.
It was clean and the sales person was pleasant but busy.

Purchased 4 “Rock N’ Grow” ‘Back in Black’
and 4 “Mango Twist Portulaca last year. Both are perennials. I have a black thumb and never before could I get any perennial to bloom for more than one season so the surprise I received this spring was unbelievable.
Thank you so much for your advice on planting and caring for them.
I am 100% an Allen’s customer from this season on!

We got here at 2:25pm on Sunday and they were closed. Online it said it closes at 3 and they had a sign that said 3pm. They need to update the time on Google and the store. We wasted our time.

Very friendly and knowledgeable on their products and services. Laurie is very helpful and answered all my questions promptly. Scott that delivered our topsoil was very friendly and personable, which turned out he was the owner! Having the owner delivering your topsoil was awesome. We ended up talking for quite awhile. Very accommodating as we needed more topsoil and delivered it promptly. Highly recommend this Allen Landscaping location!
