    VERY EXPENSIVE. I really didn't care for their business acumen, customer service, and pricing. But we paid them. WILL NOT use them again though. Paying someone to come from Louisville would have cost less and been more pleasant.

    We have always had Arbuckle's take care of our electrical needs. Specifically in emergency situations, they are always fast to respond. The most recent was the storms that went throw this past week. We lost several large tree branches, a couple of which landed on our house and the power lines. The power lines ripped the electrical box off of our house, leaving live power lines laying in our saturated back yard. Within 15 minutes they were at our house, assessed the situation, and had the city on their way to get the power cut to the live lines. After going back to the shop and getting more supplies, they had our power back on and safe, all within a 2 hour period. Clay has always been helpful and very responsive when we call! Thank you Clay, and all your staff for always taking care of us!

    Dump truck took out the powerline connecting to my house on a Friday at 1 pm. Clay Arbuckle answered my call personally and delivered the most honest professional service I could ask for. They had my box unhooked and hooked back up within 2:30 hours after the initial call. Jackson county remc also did a fantastic job rehocking my powerline. Power was only out for 4 hours. Can not thank Clay and Cory enough for making what could have been a really hot weekend into a very nice one. Would recommend for all jobs. Thanks

    After a quick call to ask about pricing on a meter box, Clay first told me over the phone it would probably be the end of the week before he could work us in but he would come out & give me an estimate. After seeing how bad my relative's meter box was, he jumped right in to go on & get it done. Him & his guys worked so quick & were incredibly nice & knowledgeable about everything. I will call them for all my electrical needs & recommend them to whomever might be in need of their services.
