Very concerned that my brand new generac generator failed and it’s not even a month old. Apparently a frozen starter. In addition I thought this was to be monitored remotely every morning. I had to call and notify. Field service was quick but the part has to be ordered?? Why isn’t there parts on the shelf for such a critical expensive piece of equipment that is for emergency use?

I had a new electrical line added and they replaced 4 GFI outlets. Everything was finished in under 2 1/2 hours. They were great and, as always, super polite.

We had a great experience with Knee’s. We started with a quote and were able to quickly schedule the work the next day. The entire team was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They took the time to educate us on the issue we were having, quote different solutions, and communicated any changes that happened when the work started. He made it easy to understand our situation and showed what happened on the electric panel box and we discussed a way to correct our situation. Since our electric box is now obsolete we decided to have him put in a new box

Our Generac Generator was running and we didn’t know why. Long story short they sent out a technician within an hour and solved our problem. Very satisfied.

My experience with Knees Electrical Service has been excellent, dependable and professional.

My annual maintenance of my generator
was completed timely and a follow up call from the tech to assure everything looked good.

I had no electricity after power switch was flipped off and was too hard to flipped back on. For the distance Chris drove he came as fast as he could and got the switch flipped back on for me. Chris was well groomed considering the late hour, kind, made sure everything checked out electricity before he left, and I didn't have to sleep in the dark and cold all night.

I asked Knees to come out to help assess if I could i stall an EV charger at my commercial building. Chris was wonderful and patient and was able to answer all my questions. I would definitely call Knees again for electrical service. This particular job is a commercial job rather than residential so I will have to engage a commercial electrician, however, Knees was courteous and knowledgeable and helped me know how to proceed.

I had service done last week due to one one my wall plugs burning and stopped electricity to half of my house.The electrition said he could not find the problem and had to run some sort of "special machine" to be able to determine where the problem started. When obviously I told him where it started smoking. So just for that the service was almost $700. It took him 2 and a half hours to run this "machine". At the end he said he had to run a wire from the working outlet to the non working but outside of the wall... And he had to run to Menards down the street because he didn't have the equipment. By this time I had to go back to work in about 1 hours and a half. He said o no this is going to take me 2 to 3 hours. So I just said come back another day. By then I had another electrician come very fast he found the problem and fixed it within 30 minutes. Sad when they take advantage. If you want a great fast electrition let me know I'll give you his info.

For some reason this house had a seconded meter box in the garage to monitor the electrical use of the base board electrical heaters. Which went bad . These guys did an outstanding job of rewiring the set up and removed the metering set up . Knees people were very professional and knowledgeable about the work they were doing. Now I have heat again nd not to soon with winter coming up. I highly recommend these guys !! Thank you Knees Electrical Service for an outstanding job !!! Well done !!

We were very disappointed with our service from Knees Electrical. The service man arrived 2 1/2 hours before he was scheduled to arrive requiring me to come home from ann activity I has scheduled iHe was not the Electrician we had specifically requested and was told would be the person doing the job . His estimate for installing one outlet 18 inches from the panel box was over $600. The materials used for this job would cost less than $30 at Lowe’s.. To install a switched outlet rather than a simple outlet would have added over $150 to the charge — an item I could buy at Lowe’s for less than $10. The two workmen who came to do the job did excellent work but completed the job in less than 40 minutes. To be charged $630 for a simple installation that took less than one hour seems outrageous. We will not be using your service again and cannot recommend you to others who might inquire.

The technician was great. He was able to diagnose my generator issue quickly and had me up and running in no time. I've used Knees a couple of times and they're always prompt and they charge a fair price. I highly recommend.

I had heard good feedback about Knees and can add my recommendation to others for their services. From the estimate to the installation each person was friendly and professional and easy to work with and knowledgeable. They did amazing work and knocked out a difficult job of replacing our panel and repairing some issues in a day and coordinated with REMC. Highly recommend them!

The Knees crew did an excellent job for us; very polite, efficient, and cleaned up at the end. The electricians gave us a high confidence in their technical skills. Numerous times they confirmed settings and positioning of our new fixtures to make sure we were happy. They were very quick from quote to service and expectations on cost and process were clear. Definitely a step up from our previous electrician experiences. Price was higher than others, but service level, technical knowledge, and responsiveness was much higher, therefore we felt it was worth it.
