Great service and friendly people know what they're doing

Never had any work done by this person and now that I have had a encounter with this person I will never have any work done by him or his Company. Nor would I recommend him.
The encounter was on Hwy 427 as I was making a left hand turn on my motercycle, Mark then passed me on my left crossing over and passing on a double yellow line. After almost taking me out on my motorcycle I decided to following him and again he passed a car in a no passing zone traveling at speeds over 80 to 85 MPH.
After this encounter and the disrespect he has for people driving on the road I know I will never have work done by this person.

Blake Ritter is the best he did my a/c inspection. He noticed my hot water tank needed a thermo expansion tank, he also did a flush. He explained everything! Great clean and professional. Also sign up for the inspection savings plan for peace of mind.

Nick was very knowledgeable, kind and clean while in our home. Highly recommend this company for anyone thinking about it.

Had issues with toilet wax seal, they replaced it. The big issue is un the line to the lift station . He couldn't fix it today but will be back after the holiday to bring the big guns to knock it out. I even signed up for the service plan on heating and air conditioning. Tyler is an asset ro your company.

We recently had Gibsons come out for needed repairs. Andy Bauer was our tech and we really want to take a minute to point out how satisfied we were with him. He conducted himself very professionally and demonstrated a strong in-depth knowledge. This made of us feel in great hands and that we could trust the outcome. Andy also showed he truly cares about making sure the customer knows and understands their options as well as understands the problem. He also made sure to answer all our questions and concerns. Andy was very accommodating as well while I continued my work day in home and was flexible! It’s been a long time since I have received such great customer service in all areas! Thank you Andy!

Service was great. Problem was diagnosed quickly. He had to order the part and was back the next day to get it fixed.

We moved into a lake cottage and had no idea how to manage the well, water softener, and rural sewer pump systems. For $95 Gibson’s sent out a plumbing expert who explained each of the home’s plumbing systems, including winterization tips. He explained what it might cost to replace individual components, and offered a service plan that saves us some $$. Joe answered all of our questions, and is the second Gibson‘s employee we’ve met in-person. Gibsons people seem to be hired for their expertise as well as their honesty and friendliness. We feel like Gibson’s will take good care of us, and the $95 we spent today was worth every penny!

Adolfo responded to a pretty urgent call when my entire sewer line was backed up. Did what he could and determined it was at the street. Explained everything and my options and he was very knowledgeable and professional. Easy to work with for sure. We were able to get someone quickly to do further work on the problem. I'm so happy I called them and would definitely recommend them.

You never realize how precious it is to have a working kitchen sink until it doesn’t work anymore. Last week our sink backed up and would very slowly drain. Like it would take hours. We tried waiting it out. We tried various methods to get it unclogged. Today we finally had enough and called around, most places couldn’t come out until next week. Gibsons heating and plumbing said they could have someone out today and we were pleasantly surprised to see them show up about 30 minutes after I initially called. Leonardo and his coworker spent a few hours using some sort of jetter system to flush our pipe out until it finally was fully cleaned out. They were both extremely friendly and professional. Pricing was up front and fair. They even made sure to clean up the floor after and but everything back the way it was. I can’t tell you how happy I am to have a working sink again!! And if we ever have issues in the future, I know exactly who to call.

Andy did a fantastic job of replacing my water main valve. He was very informative, and his work was stellar. I really appreciated that he explained why he was using the parts he was using, and went over his work with me. Very polite and friendly! I will be returning to Gibson’s for all my plumbing needs.

excellent service, very fair price, was not able to fix water heater issue but Tech alerted me to other related concerns regarding electrical service.

Adolfo was extremely knowledgeable and professional, we had to get a second opinion because we didn’t believe the first plumber sent out by a different company, had our best interests in mind. Adolfo came in and fixed the problem right away. He was very courteous and above all helpful with every step. This guy seriously needs a raise because he is a key asset to his company. Although I’m not looking forward to having another plumbing issue, I definitely look forward to doing business with him again. We’re going to remodel our bathroom and 100% he will be the one we call to complete that job. More than excellent service! Seriously give that man a raise! Thanks Adolfo!

Had them out to fix broken drain and install a new sink. They even took the heavy old castiron sink with them. Great pricing and always great service.

We had an underground leak in our garage near our water heater earlier this summer. Steven was the tech that helped repair the leak and also replaced our water heater. He was here on at least three different trips (the initial evaluation and then a day and a half for repairs) and each time he was honest, professional, and explained what was happening and what our options were. The whole thing was understandably expensive as it was a few feet underground, but they gave us multiple options for payment plans as well as a few options on how to address/fix the issue. We’re confident in the work they did and have no complaints! Highly recommend Gibson’s for heating and plumbing repairs.

Gibson’s is hands-down the best. My family has used them for years and they do consistently high quality work at a fair price. Highly recommended, without reservation!
