Andy did a fantastic job of replacing my water main valve. He was very informative, and his work was stellar. I really appreciated that he explained why he was using the parts he was using, and went over his work with me. Very polite and friendly! I will be returning to Gibson’s for all my plumbing needs.

Adolfo was extremely knowledgeable and professional, we had to get a second opinion because we didn’t believe the first plumber sent out by a different company, had our best interests in mind. Adolfo came in and fixed the problem right away. He was very courteous and above all helpful with every step. This guy seriously needs a raise because he is a key asset to his company. Although I’m not looking forward to having another plumbing issue, I definitely look forward to doing business with him again. We’re going to remodel our bathroom and 100% he will be the one we call to complete that job. More than excellent service! Seriously give that man a raise! Thanks Adolfo!

Had them out to fix broken drain and install a new sink. They even took the heavy old castiron sink with them. Great pricing and always great service.

We had an underground leak in our garage near our water heater earlier this summer. Steven was the tech that helped repair the leak and also replaced our water heater. He was here on at least three different trips (the initial evaluation and then a day and a half for repairs) and each time he was honest, professional, and explained what was happening and what our options were. The whole thing was understandably expensive as it was a few feet underground, but they gave us multiple options for payment plans as well as a few options on how to address/fix the issue. We’re confident in the work they did and have no complaints! Highly recommend Gibson’s for heating and plumbing repairs.

I love Gibson's! I have used these guys for multiple rental unit installations and cleaning services, as well as contracted jobs for my construction business - they are always punctual and professional. This morning, we gave them a call because our home's central air was not cooling properly (compressor was not running). They had a tech (Isaac) here by noon to diagnose. He was very polite and informed me of all my options. Since our system is now 21+ years old, I feared that we were looking at thousands of dollars for a replacement. Not today! He said the capacitor appeared to be shot, and he was right. They stock a universal replacement in their van, so he had me up and running within about 90 minutes. We've got cool, conditioned air once again, and for just a few hundred bucks! You must give these guys a call when in need!

We woke up this morning to no heat in our home. Gibsons came out same day fixed it.Same day and cheaply fixed it.We are very grateful for this company.

Mark did a great job. He was smart and knew exactly where to find the issue. I will most definately use them if the need arises again.

I started out with Masters for my central air installation. The technician came out and provided me with an estimate, which I accepted. I then waited a couple of days for the installation.

On the day of the installation, the technician arrived while talking on his phone, often complaining about the job. They informed me that I needed to replace the floor under my furnace and that they would not handle that. I was told I had to hire a professional to replace my floor, which was only about 13 by 13 square feet. Additionally, they said he needed another person to accompany him because he was not willing to go into my crawl space. To make matters worse, they also quoted me an additional $1,000 over the original estimate I had agreed to.

Feeling frustrated, I immediately called Gibbons. Dana came out the same day to give me a quote. He took the time to explain everything to me and understood my concerns. He confirmed that the floor did need to be replaced, but assured me it wasn’t a significant issue and that the central air could still be installed without problems.

A couple of days later, the technicians arrived. One technician fixed my floor at no extra cost, while the other installed the central air. They came around 9 AM and didn't leave until almost 9 PM. Although they took a short lunch break, they worked hard the entire time they were there. I was extremely impressed with their dedication and the quality of their work.

I will NEVER use any other company for HVAC work or any additional services they offer. I wholeheartedly recommend Gibbons. They got the job done right, and my house is now nice and cool.N

Old unit compressor motor seized up due to moisture. Called to asked why that would be place in that same spot if they knew the vent was there. They did not know. Thpictures he took didn't show the left side. They wanted to charge me to come out and fix their mistake. Calling them out on the fact. Got it moved for free. Only price I paid was they used the stone I had collected family fossils. Gems keepsakes in for the fish tanks. Fair trade right? Oh and the attic. I now get to learn for to how my own duct work. Cause this is what they called acceptable. If your a person and not a professional. In any installation manners.... Go get your father in law. And have him over look their work.

We had a tech out to do an inspection and potential service based on what he found. He was very speedy, thorough, and realistic in his recommendations for what needed done with our furnace.

We had our water heater replaced. Gibson's was recommended to us by another company, because they work with mobile homes.

Scheduling was easy on their website with a prompt follow-up call. The office provided all of the information that I needed for the appointment and assured me that they would let me know when to expect the technician.

Once the service technician, Mark, arrived he introduced himself and the plan to diagnose the issue and offer solutions. He thoroughly explained the issue and was able to effectively answer my questions to help me choose the best option for our situation.

Mark worked efficiently to prepare the old water heater for removal while the replacement was delivered. Once the new water heater arrived, Mark made the connections and checked his work, giving us a piece of mind.

Mark was respectful of the home, diligently using the shoe covers appropriately during the entire visit. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and empathetic. I truly appreciate Mark's work and I am grateful for all that he and the Gibson team did to get our water heater issue resolved the same day of the call.
