We could not be happier with the great service. Jason stayed late and worked in the rain. We called around 3:45 pm and by 8 o'clock PM our new water heater was installed and had hot water. Yet still diligently covered his boots before walking in the house everytime. Jason is a true artisan and knows his trade inside and out. He was polite and professional, taking time to explain how water effects the anode rod and explained how to use our new unit. Jason also cleaned up way more than expected. Thank you Jason for the hard work and great job. Thank you Gibsons for the great customer service and great price. We .will be recommending you to all our friends, family, and co-workers.

The technician came out to the house to do the system check up. He found a part that needed replacement. He showed me the part and pictures of the damage to the contactor. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He replaced the part, made sure everything was working properly.

They want to take advantage of your misfortune by charging you fees just to tell you if they finance or not. I called outside of normal business hours. Our furnace went out so it was an emergency. I was told by the man who answered, I think he said his name was Tanner but he mumbled through everything, that if we were having an emergency we needed to pay them a normal fee + emergency fee to have someone come out to answer any questions. He was very rude and annoyed from the moment he answered the phone. I just wanted to know if you guys financed or not. Your company just lost an immediate sale on a new furnace and ac if you do 👎 I would have happily paid the emergency fee to see someone immediately if I just knew whether you financed or not.

I would recommend Gibson’s services to anyone in the market for any heating or ac services. From the initial meeting with David going over the equipment and cost to the installation Joe and his team completed it was a stress free experience. They are all very knowledgeable in what they do. Scheduling was easy and the service was completed quick. They exceeded my expectations! Thank you Gibson’s team!

Awful experience with Gibsons. They did a preventive maintenance on my furnace which only led to multiple components failing on my furnace. Not to mention they didn’t properly put the wires inside my furnace which caused them to melt on the inducer. Now my house smells like burning plastic. I tried to have Gibsons come back and fix the issues but they were going to charge me to fix what they broke. I had masters come and fix everything. Go with masters instead. The after hours 3rd party service is a joke. Masters after hours I talked to a real employee of masters. Gibsons I got the classic call center run around. Then the after hours tech didn’t care when we called him back and seemed happy we decided to go with someone else so he didn’t have to come. They don’t stand behind anything like the reply says. They put the blame on me the customer when all I wanted is my furnace to work after paying nearly $1,000. Masters fixed everything for half the cost.

Ashley came out today on a priority service call to repair our boiler. Not only did Ashley arrive quickly but she was able to perform repairs on our dated boiler system really fast. Furthering the speed of her work, her deamonor was professional, friendly and very family-like and I very much appreciate that.

Ashley did not try to sell me on something that wasn't need and instead only sold me on the solution.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company if the way Ashley tested us today is an indicator of how the company operates.

I was having humidity issues in my recently constructed cabin despite having a mini-split unit in use. Office/scheduling staff were very receptive to my needs/ concerns and got me scheduled the very next day. The following day Dayton arrived on time, fully checked the system, explained in-depth the many different programming options to the mini-split unit, and resolved the humid climate conditions. Findings: Presumably the settings got changed by previous contractors working in the structure thus resulting in the dehumidifier mode being inadvertently turned off. One Happy customer again!

I don't usually do reviews, but we had such a good experience that I felt compelled to. Owentyr was our tech, who was amazing. He explained everything he was doing along the way, wasn't pushy on anything and was very thorough with his work. We'll definitely be using Gibson again, and a big reason is Owentyr. We recently purchased and had installed, a new water heater. Tyler installed the water heater in record time and was so easy to work with, as was Scott in the office. All my dealings with Gibson's have been a pleasant experience. I highly recommend them. They have been in our home for our AC, heating, and plumbing. Great job Gibson's!

Had to have a new HVAC system installed (1/19/26) before major winter storm. Corey McCoy and Reuben Hernandez came prepared to install new system quickly & efficiently. Nice guys, courteous & mannerly. Very happy with their work & would highly recommend Gibson Heating & Air. System is working great!

We always try to support small businesses and had a wonderful experience with Dana and his team. Both technicians were always on time and respectful. We are grateful for the quick turnaround time during a less than ideal situation. Nic and his fellow technician (sorry can't remember his name) were great with answering any questions and very respectful.

Placed an after hours service call because we came home to our furnace not working. Customer service was very friendly, and professional! Within an hour, Jason had arrived and got our furnace back up and running! He was very professional, friendly, and provided us with excellent service! He was a pleasure to work with! Bryce was very professional, friendly and timely. He gave great suggestions on next steps and other options for replacement of my heat pump without being pushy or trying to pressure me into anything. I would definitely have him again for any future service needs
