Randy showed up as scheduled and was very professional. He didn’t waste time preforming the heat pump tune-up. Would recommend Randy for any heating and cooling repairs or questions.

Aaron Mattox was lovely he was knowledgeable and showed us what was going on rather than just doing things which is very refreshing I will
use him for all my heating and cooling needs going forward!

Called first thing in morning, and got a tech on the phone. He was there in a couple hours. Immediately diagnosed the issue, had to go to Ocala to get the part, and came back a couple hours later and installed the part. Very prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous.

I was in need of a new gas furnace before winter. I got several estimates and chose Good Guys based on price and recomendations from other customers. When my furnace was installed the installers were polite and efficient .

Our technician Michael Scobee is always professional and kind. He aims to please and is super patient when he’s explaining our systems to us in layman’s terms. We feel so fortunate to have Scooby and Good Guys as our HVAC professionals. We won’t go anywhere else!

I am a first time customer. I was kept up to date on the serviceman’s arrival time. Rigo completed the service on the AC unit doing an excellent job. Taking time to clean each component and explain what I can do as a homeowner to extend the life of my AC system. I feel he went above and beyond to check the system and get it running efficiently. I would highly recommend Rigo and Good Guys AC.

Another company told me I needed a whole new AC after it flooded into my living room below but Willy from Good Guys took the time to listen, explain, and figure out the real issue—it was just a clogged drain. He replaced the safety switch, checked everything thoroughly, and gave me options to prevent future problems. I really appreciated Willy’s honesty and care. Woke up to a very cold house Sunday morning and Good Guys had a tech, Ryan, out immediately the same day to help. He made sure we understood why and how the issue occurred to prevent it in the future and did routine maintenance to check the system as a whole.
