I called L.E. Isley & Sons to get a second quote for a significant leak under my bathroom sink. Both the plumbing and the fixtures were very old. Andy Jasper is the plumber they sent to my house. I immediately felt comfortable that he was giving me the very best advice and not trying to sell me on things I didn’t need. It was expensive but less than the first quote I’d received. Andy and his assistant did a terrific job. Isley even sent someone over while they were working to deliver the faucets.

These kinds of things are never fun, but Andy and L.E. Isley made it as painless as possible. I know they did the job right. Plus Andy had a delightful, dry sense of humor.

Isley Plumbing - it’s the most reliable contractor that I’ve ever dealt with in regards to my utilities. Very professional, Prompt service, and Quality Work. Shaun was a pleasure to work with and quickly diagnosed my problem and fixed it leaving my house with our water heater working correctly.

After my kitchen faucet broke, I contacted LE Isley and Sons to replace it. I have used this company for years and have never had a bad experience. From making the appointment to getting the faucet replaced, it was all handled professionally and politely.

Andrew showed up promptly on time, with intro call prior to arrival.
Assessed and gave best and worst case scenarios.
Finished the job efficiently and within expectations. Cleaned all of the areas where he worked and was nothing but super conscientious with my home and time.

First experience with L E Isley for plumbing needs.
We were very pleased with tech Andy and would use them again.
Basic toilet repair, faucet install and expansion tank replacement were all done with professional expertise. Andy is very knowledgeable and we will definitely use them for any future needs.
The only negative is the $25 trip charge that is probably not unreasonable but annoying.
Overall an excellent experience with office and technician contacts with L E Isley.

Andy and crew were very professional. I wanted to switch to a tankless water heater. They had all the answers to my questions, showed up the next day, and had the old unit removed, new unit installed in a little under 4.5 hours. Tarped the entire path inside to outside and did a very clean installation. Load tested the tankless heater on a large tub, and it filled the tub without running out of hot water. Performed as they said it would. Great job. Isley comes highly recommended.

I had a water softener replaced. They were able to replace it quickly and at a reasonable cost. They were also honest about what was necessary and the things that were not. I greatly appreciated their demeanor and honesty through the process.

To be honest anytime I have work done that it has to be Plumbing related. I always choose Isley. I choose them for a very different reasons. The ones I think the price prices are reasonable too. Is their location is in the same area that I live in three the person that comes out here I believe his name is Bill Hall. He knows what to do and he does it a very good job and he’s very detailed and very honest so I always request him.
