Interior Designer reviews across the US

Shawn is extremely gifted. I hired Shawn to fit a 14ft Chandelier with over 2000 crystals and he completed the job in good time and when a few of the parts required to fit the chandelier were not included by the manufacturer, Shawn improvised and made it work and went into the arctic to reinforce the brackets to make sure the Chandelier was secured. Furthermore, because some of the crystals were broken or damaged during transit, Shawn came back 3 weeks later to complete the job at no extra cost. In addition, the interior designer in Shawn showed up when he recommended I change the dated light fittings to a more modern Halo/LED lights with dimmers which he sourced and fitted and really complimented the chandelier and really made my living room come alive. Well done Shawn. I cannot recommend you highly enough. You are my hero.

Fabulous Design Vibe with a fun friendly staff. I love the use of Natural Elements with modern flair.

I needed a crumbling rear deck replaced and must have interviewed over 30 contractors before signing a contract with Benning. Eric Benning showed up on time with his assistant Ashton, was professional, and asked good questions. Since I live in a historic-tagged house in Midtown, that meant I needed someone who also knew how to navigate the not-so-easy Preservation Dept. and permits. Benning’s bid was the highest but they also produced a high-quality and beautiful deck. You get what you pay for. Brian was the lead on my project and he and his co-worker Donte worked very hard, showed up on time, kept me in the loop, and kept the work site clean. I just couldn’t be happier with my experience with Benning and strongly recommend them.

In 2021 I hired Benning Design and Construction for structural work. The primary concern was in the garage. A crack had formed in the main beam. It felt like a "when" will it break, rather than an "if" it will break. This was a risk to my family.

The entire experience with the company was positive, they even brought in a structural engineer to design and approve of the solution. Their repair is magnificent. I can't be happier with their work. I no longer worry each time there is a storm. I think the work from Benning Design and Construction is so good, that it will last infinitely.

Additional work was done on our patio. Everything is much improved. However, the garage work just pleases me so much.

The company does quality work that will last. Sacramento is lucky to have them.

Fabio is top notch…he’s the best contractor that we have ever had. He is thorough; comes when he says he will and finishes jobs in timely fashion with reasonable price. He has a keen eye for style and colors and works cohesively with homeowners with a motto to make homes beautiful. He’s also fun to have around with his great upbeat personality. He has helped us with everything that I have asked him to; big or small; things that I am not able to do. We highly recommend Fabio ; you won’t be disappointed. Joanie & Petey

Completely renovated my house from top to bottom great work

These guys were fantastic. The owner,, Fabio, met with me to discuss what I needed done and was very helpful with the selection of materials color choices and design. He quoted me a price that beat three others. I told him what my budget was and we stayed within that limit. How often does that happen? He was professional in every way. His crew showed up on time and put in a full days work. They were very courteous and mindful of my neighbors and at the end of each day, they left my place immaculate. I could not have been more pleased with the quality of their work, the professional way they conduct their business and the cost was more than reasonable . I will definitely use them again for some of the other projects I have planned. Thank you F.W. Painting and Design.

“Simply the BEST!!!” 5 Stars for Fabio and his team. From start to finish these hard-working, highly skilled professionals brought the vision for my new bathroom to life! Fabio’s enthusiasm and suggestions for my project, followed by a cost-efficient proposal secured my choice of contractor. His team does it all, floors and tile, cabinetry, woodwork, wallboard and paint, electrical, plumbing, etc. With each step, I was informed of progress and encouraged to give input. Workers were pleasant, prompt, efficient, and cleaned the area daily. I’m so pleased with the results and will definitely engage Fabio Wetherbee for all my future remodeling and renovations.

Trustworthy, professional and excellent work! Communicates well. Cares about the outcome. I’ve used Fabio and his team for several years and am very pleased with their work every time!

Excellent quality and value. Highly professional work. Very responsive. Fabio and his team go above and beyond to complete the work on schedule. Always smiling, noticing every detail, Fabio is a visionary with an outgoing personality and excellent ideas.

My husband and I would highly recommend FW Painting….exceeding all our expectations. Fabio takes a lot of pride in his work and is very trustworthy. He was so very helpful with all his suggestions and just an absolute pleasure to work with. Fabio and his crew are the hardest workers and got the job done in a timely manner. All we can say is they did a FANTASTIC job in all aspects !!

We had an excellent experience with FW Painting & Design. They are professional and easy to work with. It was a pleasure having them work on our kitchen remodeling.

I have had the pleasure of working with Fabio on many painting projects through the years. He and his team are by far the most professional, extraordinary painters who are very dedicated to their work and listen carefully to their clients needs and desires. They execute with precision and work hard to make sure the outcome of their job is exactly what their clients had imagined at every level. They are an exception painting company!!

Fabio and his team have done an outstanding job on all kinds of projects at my house, exterior repairs and painting, interior painting, sanding hardwood floors, and installing a beautiful cable railing. They are meticulous, hold themselves to a very high standard, and are full of smart ideas about how to repair the failings of an older house. Fabio has a great sense of design. He is upbeat and a genuine pleasure to work with. I trust him completely and I am always thrilled with the results of his work.

Owner is the worst

Had my friends car booted in 103 degree heat while she’s 8 months pregnant.

FH helped conceptualize our showroom for our tile supply company and we felt so taken care of from beginning to end! It felt like a weight off our shoulders once the team stepped in. Appreciative of the time, details, and communication they provided.

It's been an absolute privilege to work with the FHD team! It's never a "top down" "here's how this needs to go" sort of thing with FHD. They dutifully and carefully get to know you and what you want out of your project. If a curve ball gets thrown, so be it, they can roll with it. All this AND they do fantastic work. I simply can't say enough here at how highly I recommend FHD!

I can’t say enough good things about Feltus Hawkins Design! I have been working with Daniella and the team for the past couple of years, and it has been an absolute pleasure. The entire team is exceptionally talented, organized, and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-tier design and architectural firm to collaborate with!

The team at Feltus Hawkins has designed a beautiful retail space with an impressive sense of style! We face a complete build-out and they assessed the space and offered solutions that will provide the creativity and sense of community we need. Their team found unique resources and educated us on the importance of lighting, defining functioning zones and drafted finish schedules and electrical placement plans for the contractor. If you need a designer who is easy to work with and can steer you to your vision I highly recommend Feltus Hawkins Design.
