The team was extremely disrespectful and repeatedly ignored my concerns and requests. When I reported the issue, management said there was nothing they could do because the people involved were outside contractors. The lack of accountability was incredibly frustrating.

Our community recently had some exterior painting and repair work done by EmpireWorks, and the process went smoother than I expected. I was a little concerned about the disruption since the work was happening close to our unit, but the crew was respectful and kept the area organized. They were careful around our patio furniture and cleaned up at the end of each day. I also appreciated getting clear updates about when they would be working near our building. The finished exterior looks fresh and neat, and the whole project was handled professionally.

One of our main concerns was doing exterior repairs while residents continued using the property. EmpireWorks planned the job in phases and provided advance notice before activity began in each area. Parking, walkways, and building access were handled carefully throughout the project. The crew was polite and responsive whenever a concern came up. The repairs were completed on schedule, and daily disruptions were far fewer than our board initially expected.

Nobody gets excited about a large piping project, especially in an apartment community. EmpireWorks made the experience easier by giving residents advance notice about water supply interruptions and access requirements. Crews moved through every section carefully and restored service on schedule. Most residents could plan around the disruptions without losing an entire day. For such an invasive project, the inconvenience was far less than we expected.

EmpireWorks did a solid job on our HOA exterior painting and repair project. The crew was professional, showed up on time, and kept the site reasonably clean. The quality of the paint work was consistent, and the project stayed on schedule. I would recommend them for similar HOA or commercial projects.

Love the renovation work they did on our property. The team made sure to check with us every step of the way, so we got exactly what we wanted.

Javier has done repair and paint to the exterior stucco of our home a couple of times and this last one was pretty extensive. He did an amazing job and it looks as good as new!

EmpireWorks completed roofing work on our property after weather damage caused several concerns. The inspection covered the affected areas carefully, and the written proposal explained the recommended repairs. Once construction began, we received useful updates about each stage. The crew followed safety requirements and removed debris from the property after the work was completed. The repaired roof has performed well since then, and the entire experience gave us confidence in the final result.

URA came in clutch for drywall and painting when we needed it! They made our job a priority, which felt very special. They came as soon as they could, handled everything professionally and got everything done quickly. We appreciate how clean they left our space each day, along with taking extra steps to try to contain the mess as much as possible. All the workers were kind and considerate. I also feel everything was fairly priced. Great communication! Highly recommend for your dry wall and painting needs!

We recently hired Five Star Painting to paint the exterior of our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very beginning, Jorman Zepeda was great at communicating with us and kept us informed throughout the entire process.

Since we work during the day, we weren’t home while most of the painting was being done, but the two painters assigned to our home were always on time, professional, and did an excellent job. They kept everything clean and organized and picked up at the end of each day. They also repaired our stucco before painting, and everything turned out great.

Once the project was completed, they walked around the house with us to make sure we were completely happy with the results and addressed any questions we had.

We received estimates from several different painting companies before making our decision, and Five Star Painting’s combination of price and great reviews was unbeatable. We are so glad we chose them. We will definitely be hiring them again in the future when we’re ready to paint the interior of our home.

I wish TEN stars was an option! This is the second time we’ve had 5 Star help us; first time was for stucco repair and this time was for a complete interior painting for 2200+ sq ft new-to-us home.

Jorge and his team are beyond what could be expected. Jorge is very responsive to questions and is very knowledgeable about his trade; and patient!

There were things that needed to be done that were beyond painting and they took it on as part of the project. The team was onsite at 7AM working hard and left our home tidy at the end of the day.

Jorge was flexible in scheduling with our flooring contractor. He insists on sending one of his guys back once the flooring is finished to take care of any necessary touch ups - what pride!

We wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to them again in the future! And we would definitely recommend them!

My experience with CertaPro Painters was excellent from the very start. They were all professional throughout the whole process. I was really impressed with the communication aspect with dealing with them starting with Carrie in the office. The estimator was sent out in a timely manner and he showed up right on time. We received the detailed estimate in an email that same day via email with everything spelled out. Loved that! AND it was a very reasonable price! Almost half of the first estimate we received from another business! Evan and his crew, Sal and Sam did a great job painting our home in 2 days. Evan kept us updated on what they were doing and what to expect during the entire job. We are so pleased with the results, have had many compliments from our neighbors and highly recommend this company for your painting needs.

Outstanding work. I chose Five Star for painting the exterior of my home. It was a faded blue and white that really wasn’t at all appealing, so we went with something neutral, modern, and easy on the eyes. Arlene was fantastic in walking me through the process and expectations. She even provided solid color choice recommendations. Ivan saw the project through and updated me on progress. The end result was even better than anticipated. The attention to the small details really won me over. Will definitely use this company again for my next project.

Eli and Sergio, the painters, were prompt, courteous, extremely professional, and trustworthy. Arlene, the coordinator was always in touch with me and they all drove from the far east side to the upper valley daily. The job, painting walls of my two-story condo and repairing drywall in the ceiling of my kitchen lasted three days. I thought it would be a week! I commented that they were fast(!) and S replied, “We do this everyday.” I left for work from 8-3 fully confident that they could be trusted.
I couldn’t be more pleased and I highly recommend them‼️

We went with Certapro after receiving 3 different bids. They were priced right and I really loved the detailed proposal. After we accepted the proposal we were contacted right away from the company and got on their schedule. Paint showed up right before they started at our house.

Day of the scheduled painting I met with crew leader and we went over all the details of the job. We did have one change which was our front door color which they handled perfectly. They finished the whole job in 3 days which was awesome!

We were super impressed with the finished product and recommended Certapro to our friends who are getting their house painted as well.

I highly recommend ********* and his crew. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. They were professional, conscientious, and always on time. They worked hard each day and took great care to protect my home by covering furniture and floors with protective tarps. They even removed their shoes when walking inside my home so they wouldnt accidentally track paint. Attention to detail was exceptional, and before they finished, conducted a thorough walk-through with me to make sure every item had been completed exactly as promised. Everyone was polite, respectful, and workmanship was outstanding. My house looks beautiful. Thank you ********* and crew.

I would definitely recommend CertaPro. Brian Criswell was my sales agent and Evan was my job foreman. Their team was very professional, quick, detail oriented and did a fabulous job! We love the way our house looks now. They cleaned up everything every night, latched the gates (we have two German Shepherd, who love to explore) and let us know they were leaving. Five stars all around.

Greg is very professional and was able to fit me into his schedule. He did a superb job on my ceilings and wall that I needed painted before putting my house on the market. He is a great guy and I would highly recommend him.
