Chris and his team are total professionals. Really high quality work and great attention to detail. Great communication. Chris has very high standards and doesn't stop until everything is right.

I had used Serpaco before and they did a great job, so when I had a small emergency they were able to fit me in. They did another professional job and we are very pleased with the repairs. I highly recommend them.

The whole crew at Serpaco is top notch - great prep, spotless, amazing oversight, communication, and quality of work. There people rock! 10 stars!

This company is superb from their quick communication, prompt timing, exquisite attention to detail, and lovely employees. They just don't slap on a new coat of paint. They fix, repair, clean and prep. I would highly recommend.

Chris and his team were extremely professional. Their attention to detail sets them apart from other painting companies I’ve used in the past. I highly recommend Serpaco Painting.

Serpaco Painting was a great company to work with. The crew was very professional, timely and meticulous with their work. Everything about this experience was outstanding! Highly recommend Serpaco Painting!!

Outstanding job on a challenging interior paint project at our home in Dilworth. Great communication, schedule flexibility, and quality of work. We had one very minor follow-up touch-up item that was taken care of immediately. Highly recommend.

Chris and his team are awesome. We have used them more than once because of the quality of work they provide. We will definitely be using their services in the future for both minor l and major projects.

We had an insane amount of prep work that was required on the exterior of our 1921 house. We knew we needed a painter that would be thorough and tackle it properly and head on. Chris did a great job; he will be handling our next project.

We had them paint our entire house after doing a lot of exterior wood repair had been completed and new siding installed. We apparently had some miscommunication towards the end of the project but they ultimately came through and made everything right. They did not rush their work and had a high attention to detail.

We have used Serpaco in the past. We chose them again because of their high quality, attention to detail and great service. The crew was courteous and respectful of our space and landscaping. Highly recommended. Will use them again.

I have used Serpaco for over 5 years and I am always pleased with their work. Chris Gray has a great eye for color, always makes suggestions to get the best look and is reasonably priced. They stand behind all of their work. I will continue to use them in the future.

Serpaco did an excellent job with our whole house painting and staining of deck. Their team worked quickly and efficiently and they were a pleasure to have in house. Would highly recommend when I need interior or exterior painting again!

We used Serpaco Painting for our exterior trim/porch and couldn’t be more pleased with the result. They went above and beyond with fixing additional aspects of the exterior, exhibiting great attention to detail and a thorough job. I highly recommend!

Great customer service and attention to detail. Serpaco recently completed a large interior painting project; the third full interior for me. Serpaco also did a full exterior for me, including extensive carpentry. I have hired Serpaco numerous times over the last five years. Chris and his team always deliver; he knows a lot about houses. A little higher price, but in the end, I have always gotten more than I paid for and will continue using them.

Chris Gray is the consummate professional. He has done a number of projects for us, both exterior and interior, all to the highest standards. He is also well organized, responsive and communicative. We love his work and his eye as well. Can’t recommend him highly enough, especially if you have an older home and are trying to freshen it up but still keep a traditional feel. His crew is amazing too- nice and considerate.

My wife Amy and I have used Serpaco 2 times now for indoor and outdoor painting. They have always been polite, professional, and treated our home with respect. The jobs they've done have been perfect. We couldn't be happier with the quality of work. I highly recommend Tim Costello and the team at Serpaco!

Chris Gray and his team exhibited professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail from my initial estimate meeting with Chris throughout the project. Chris' regular communication is exemplary, and his team left the job site each day clean and organized. I have zero reservations using Serpaco for my future painting needs, and would highly recommend them to friends, family, and anyone who desires a high quality paint project.

Incredibly meticulous with their work. Our exterior looks ten times better than it did with the last professional painters that we used. As a Realtor and Charlotte native, I would highly recommend Chris Gray and his team at Serpaco to clients as well as family and friends. We truly could not be more pleased with the process and end result!
