We decided to build with redwood homes after looking at a few spec homes and noticing the quality and attention to detail right away. Their standard features alone are impressive (9ft ceilings on each floor makes a world of difference!) but really every house we saw of Adam’s impressed us. We ended up falling in love with the perfect floor plan for us and worked with Adam to tweak it to fit our needs -which was such a seamless process! During the build, Adam was on site daily checking on the progress and was super hands on. If we ever had a question he was very responsive and if there was ever an issue Adam had already noticed and was on top of getting it fixed. We truly felt like we were his only clients. We weren’t just blown away by Adam, but also every single one of his crews he had out at the house, as well. They all showed great attention to detail and strived for a quality built home and were also the hardest workers. They don’t just throw up things carelessly. We were constantly impressed by all of the crews! Even after closing on our home we cannot get over how our experience just continues to get better. Redwood offers multiple walkthroughs during your first year to fix any issues that may pop up and Adam is always there with any questions, as well. When you build with redwood you really are in the best hands possible with Adam and his crews. We are so beyond happy with our new home thanks to him! I cannot recommend Redwood enough.
