Clean Sweep did an amazing job. I had several areas cleaned and I can't believe the transformation. The carpets look brand new and they are over 10 years old. Brian and his staff were extremely friendly and helpful. He took the time to look over the areas to be cleaned and listened to my needs before beginning the work to make sure I got the best service. He answered all my questions and gave me tips to keep my carpet looking great. I will only be using Clean Sweep Carpet Care in the future!!

We could not be more pleased with Clean Sweep! We were debating on replacing our carpet but decided to give Clean Sweep a try. I am so happy that we did! Brian brought life back to our 24 year old carpet that I didn't think was possible. He also took our 12 year old carpet from dingy to looking new! Brian was very professional, personable and quick to get to work. He arrived ON TIME which was impressive since I was in the middle of his day. I also appreciated him evaluating our carpets right away and determining the right care for each rug. It was customized! I could instantly tell this was not his first day on the job. He then told me his family's been in the business since 1969! Love supporting family, long-time and local businesses! My husband came home and was surprised how much better our stairs and hallway appeared from what we'd done previously with a competitor. The carpet looks much improved and is softer, cleaner than ever before (we do not have pets; just a toddler). I would highly recommend using Ankeny Clean Sweep over a heavily-advertised competitor we've used in the past. The cost was comparable but the service and product much, MUCH better! Highly recommend & we'll be using Ankeny Clean Sweep in the future for all our carpet cleaning.

Clean Sweep has been my carpet cleaning company of choice for over 10+ years! I've been happy (ecstatic) of how my carpets look every time they come. Brian is very professional, knows me by name, knows my situation (I have dogs) and is wonderful to work with! I've tried other companies that offer bargain deals, not worth it, with Clean Sweep you get what you pay for! Highly recommend!!

Clean Sweep is the absolute best at carpet cleaning! Our carpets get a lot of traffic and abuse with two young children, but after some restorative cleaning, they look fantastic again! I couldn't believe the difference! And I feel better knowing that the products they use are safe for my kids who just love playing on our carpets. Brian is so knowledgeable about different types of carpet and the varying care needed. I wouldn't trust anyone else with our carpet care!

After asking friends for recommendations for a good carpet cleaning service every single person told me to call Clean Sweep and Brian. I called Brian last Friday and he was out today to clean our carpets - talk about service!! Brian did an excellent job of explaining to me what kind of cleaning would work best with our carpet and also providing advice for how to maintenance our carpet so it keeps looking good in-between cleanings. He offered different cleaning options and costs and allowed me to pick the best one that worked with our budget. In my opinion there is no competition when it comes to carpet cleaning and Clean Sweep. They have earned my business for life and will recommend them to all my friends and family. You won't be disappointed in your decision to use Clean Sweep!

Recently we bought a house from a couple who had a large dog. We had Brian come on over the morning we closed just to clean all the carpets so we had a fresh start in our new home. Brian did an amazing job explaining every step of the way and it was so neat (and disgusting!) to see the very clear lines from where he had just cleaned to how the carpets originally started. Brian was very upfront about his products and how much money we would be charged from the get go. There were no surprises at any point in the day. He was quick and did a fantastic job. The carpets were dry very soon after he left the house for us to be able to continue the move in process. He did such a great job that we had him come back a second time after receiving a couch from a family member who also had pets. Brian came out within a day or two of calling and did a great job on that piece as well. There is no pet hair or smell what so ever anymore. Should we ever need any more carpet cleaning services, we will definitely give Clean Sweep Carpet Cleaning a call back!

This was our first time with Clean Sweep Carpet Cleaning and we couldn't be happier. We have an elderly lab and two cats. Our carpets have been put through a lot this year. Brian spent a great deal of time making sure our carpets looked like new. He paid great attention to detail and treated spots, took his time, and explained the process well. Our carpets haven't looked this good since they were new! My house smells amazing! We will be using Brian again in the future and recommend Clean Sweep to all of our friends and family!!

Brian has saved us again! Having an elderly dog, I didn’t realize how much she was going potty on the carpeted floor. (Of course she couldn’t go on a hard surface where I could just wipe it up!)
I called Clean Sweep on Friday, Brian was here on Wednesday. I’m sure it would have been sooner if it was an emergency.
Brian was on time, friendly, thorough and shared great information with me regarding my carpet and pet urine.
I have tried other companies in the past, and have decided to stick with Clean Sweep. There may be some companies out there that are a little less expensive, but you get what you pay for. Clean Sweep always does a great job for us and I know without a doubt would come back and fix anything I didn’t feel was to my satisfaction. Fortunately, for me and my now diaper dog, my carpets look great!

Clean Sweep did a terrific job on my carpets that were worse for wear after grandkids and more than a couple dogs (some of whom weren't completely potty trained). The stains are gone and I didn't think that was possible. The carpets look fresh and clean and the odor (those of you with pets can relate) is gone!! Brian was professional, quick and interesting as a bonus. His work, while far better than that of previous companies, was less expensive. I'm beyond pleased with the results!

I have used Clean Sweep Carpet Care for many years with wonderful service. The first time Brian cleaned our carpets he was able to get old stains out that other companies could not and I have not used anyone else since. Today Brian did a restorative on the master bedroom -AMAZING! 14 year old carpet which had definite dark traffic patterns looks like new!! Prompt, professional, dependable, and friendly family owned business. I highly recommend Clean Sweep Carpet Cleaners. I have never been disappointed!!

A very easy 5 to give! 9 year old carpet...heavy wear...considered buying new...so thankful I didn't! Clean Sweep arrived on time, owner very pleasant and knowledgeable and the carpet looks so good buying new would have been a waste!

Brian cleaned two area rugs for me and he did an excellent job. I definitely would recommend Clean Sweep Carpet Cleaning if your in need of professional cleaning services.

We used Clean Sweep again a couple weeks ago. Still great service, still awesome work they do for the customer! Thanks very much guys!!

We got our air ducts and carpets cleaned a couple weeks ago by Clean Sweep. Barry cleaned out our air ducts and the next day we had Brian clean our carpets. These guys were very thorough and great to work with. The layout of our house along with a finished basement made cleaning the air ducts a harder task then it had to be for Barry, but he went the extra mile to get it done. Our carpets look and feel so much better after getting cleaned. The guys were exceedingly helpful with their recommendations of what services were worth it for us and things that I could probably do myself to save some money. My only regret now was waiting too long to give Clean Sweep a call.

We have had Clean Sweep come and clean our carpets for the past two years. They do an exceptional job, are very polite and courteous, and are fairly priced. We will continue to use them year after year. They do great work!

We had Clean Sweep clean a whole floor of carpet in our house. They were able to make our carpet look like new even though it had lots of stains from raising a puppy and an older dog in our house. They were super friendly, and talked us through the pros and cons of the different options they would recommend for our particular situation. I never got the feeling they were pushing us towards options we didn't need like I've heard might be the case for the larger carpet cleaning companies. I highly recommend Clean Sweep!

Admittedly, I am lazy when it comes to getting my carpets cleaned but took advantage of an empty living room to have Brian come and educate me on what I was missing. Brian explained the products he used while cleaning, how they work to break down dirt and oils on my carpet and wash away without strong chemical odors. His solutions are safe and I feel good about having them used in my home. Brian also gave new life to a small rug I considered throwing away. It will live on for a while longer! Brian is passionate about carpets and learning new technologies. He took the time to answer all my questions about vacuuming, going barefoot 😊 and the frequency I SHOULD have my carpets cleaned. Saved the day!!! Showed up when another company didn’t and quickly for us when we needed help. Amazing job with a horrible pet disaster that we had no idea was so bad. Thanks for being amazing we can’t recommend enough and will definitely be calling again for some help with other areas!

Brian and the team at Clean Sweep are nothing short of amazing. We had a coffee spill and they were able to fit us in same day to come clean it out of our carpet and upholstered bed. The next day the stain wasn’t completely gone, and Brian came out again right away to try again. Everyone there is so friendly and kind and truly cares about the customer. We will always trust Brian and Clean Sweep to take care of us.

Clean Sweep did a great job cleaning up vomit from our carpet. No need to go into detail on how the vomit got there, but Brian did a great job explaining the options there were for that particular issue. After using a few different specialty cleaning tools and a ton of cleaning solution, the carpet looked good as new, and the smell has not returned almost 3 weeks later, so they took care of the problem the first time. I would highly recommend this company for your cleaning needs.
