I needed help installing a new sink and water filter, and Sabre was able to get me on the schedule quickly. The install was fast and professional, and they cleaned up perfectly afterwards. While I hope I don't need a plumber for a long time, I would definitely hire them again.

Extremely unprofessional workers. I was following an ambiance with my six month old in it trying to go to the E.R. I tried to pass one of there vans. I had my hazards on and was trying to travel the speed limit. The worker driving wasn't allowing me to pass him. He sped up trying to stop me from passing. Making me miss my exit. They pasted back by me smirking thinking they were being cute.

They took very good care of me when my water heater was broken. I had tried everything and called everyone I could but nobody could seem to help. They’re very professional and safety focused. If I was a builder, they would be my first choice.

Angel fixed my sump pump issue and is very kind and knowledgable. He cleaned up the area, wore shoe covers, explained everything to me as he worked, and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Sabre.

I recently purchased a home and came to find the air ducts were extremely dirty. With 2 kids at home I wanted to ensure they were breathing clean air. Baxter Heating and Air was responsive and efficient. Highly recommend if you need services in the Des Moines, Iowa area.

They never installed a damper on our furnace when the house was built. They did come back out and install one, but it is super janky. Pretty sure they installed it backwards, because when the lever is pointing down it’s supposed to be closed but it’s actually open. It’s also not tight enough so we never know what position the damper is actually in and struggle with figuring out positioning every season change. The lever is super loose most of the time. Overall just a poor job, and our home warranty is up at this point, so we’d have to pay for them to come out and fix something they didn’t do right the first time.

Great customer service and pricing! My heat stopped working and I called a different place. They came out Friday and quoted me over $700 to fix and told me I would have to wait until Monday for a new part. It’s cold! My friends husband referred me to Aspen! I called and the lady on the phone was great to speak with. Said they had the part and would get someone out quickly to fix. Mike came and got my heat working for $470! Great customer service, great service and professional all around! You have made a new lifetime customer! Thank you!!

Aspen Aire were great from start to finish. We found out on a Monday our system went down, we had a new system installed by Thursday. The techs were respectful and friendly. Their supervisor was awesome as well. Glad we went with Aspen Aire and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Great service! Professional HVAC work and cleanliness. All the techs took their shoes off at the door and laid down drop cloths to ensure that my house remained spotless. Shawn, recommended a new AC unit, Justin and Kale installed it within days of placing the order, and Brett didn't even charge us for the initial service call because I noticed my furnace was leaking in the dead of summer. This, it turned out, was due to a frozen AC coil. I would recommend Aspen Aire every time!

Updating my review because I had a bad experience with a sales person when i needed to have my AC replaced. While Aspen Aire helped by notifying my home warranty company that the unit needed to be replaced, the sales person who came out for estimating install and logistics was rude and not a good communicator. When I would call for an update, he sounded like he couldn't be bothered with me. Eventually, I switched to a different HVAC company and have been happy since. Bottom line: techs are nice and helpful; everyone else isn't.

Aspen Aire is great. My furnace seemed to have issues with the flu system each winter and my home warranty would send out different companies each time. None of them really fixed the problem. It wasn't until Aspen Aire last year that my issues were finally taken care of. These guys know their stuff. They were more knowledgable about my issue and my system than any other contractor who came out before. Professional, knowledgable, and caring.

AC stopped working during a heat advisory and expected a long wait for a repair. Called Aspen Aire and within an hour Matt was at our house. Quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the part, and was on his way within 30 minutes. I wasn’t home but my wife commented how nice and professional he was. The building process can be very daunting, but with good Subs it takes the stress out of the work so you can just enjoy the process of building your new home. Aspen Aire was FANTASTIC to work with from start to finish. The guys kept to schedule, even if that meant working a couple weekend days. They were knowledgeable, professional and respectful. We were looking for a company to come out and do a routine check on our furnace. Ultimately, we decided to contact Aspen Aire since they installed the heating/cooling system when our new home was built.

When I called, Ellie did a great job of explaining services and their maintenance plan that is available. We opted for the maintenance plan.

Mike Kellar arrived on time. We discussed how we set our thermostats to ensure we were doing this the right way. He spent time going over the furnace with us and explained the correct filters for our unit, how it works and their role in helping us keep our system healthy. He discussed the maintenance plan and their services.

We were extremely pleased with Mike's knowledge, professionalism, and easy way in which he communicated with us. We feel that we have connected with a great company with great people.

Our AC unit went out and Aspen Aire Heating and Cooling had a service technician out within a couple of hours. The technician communicated effectively even though it was not the best of news. Within minutes he provided my information to the salesman Alex. I had a quote and was scheduled for an install of a new unit within 48 hours. Jeremiah was the lead installer on the job. He was a good leader for his helper, Dylan, and motivated his helper by allowing him to communicate as if he was the lead. Jeremiah would step in and help out when clarification was needed. Jeremiah was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, positive, and efficient. When the job was completed, they walked us through the whole process and Alex came out to verify everything was done correct and provide additional information. Would highly recommend this service. Aspen Aire Heating and Cooling provides 5 Star aptitude and attitude. Well done!
