I 100% recommend Baxter Comfort. They replaced or furnace AC unit and did a fantastic job. The whole crew was great to work with and very responsive to my questions. They have also helped out with questions on a couple other projects and were very helpful. I know several others who have had great service from them as well. 10/10

My husband and I are very happy with the staff and specialists at Baxter Comfort Solutions. We have had technicians come out for several different jobs:

1) Our furnace stopped working due to birds shoving nesting material into the furnace pipe. They came right out and got it back up and running.
2) Mice chewed through several wires in our air conditioning unit which resulted in the AC not working and the breaker scorching. They replaced the wiring and breaker, and plugged up the hole that the mice had used to get into it. Very reasonable pricing!
3) We are finishing the basement. They added return and supply vents to a room, installed bathroom shower venting for us, and advised on how we could drywall around some existing air ducts.

Shout-out to Orval! He's come out for several of those jobs and is great to work with!

They were very professional and we appreciated their use of footies in our house.
The air is working great!
I will use BCS for all my future furnace or cooling issues and highly recommend them to our neighbors.

Baxter Comfort Solutions was very accommodating when our AC unit stopped working. They quickly got an appointment set up and sent a notice when approaching the location at time of the service call. Our technician was quick to assess the issue, had the part on his truck, and repaired all within the appointment window. He was very courteous and professional.

I had BCS install a new water heater, as my old one had rusted out. They efficiently installed the new water heater and removed the old. They tested everything after the install to confirm the new water heater was working sufficiently, and reviewed my invoice with me thoroughly. I would definitely recommend BCS!

Before the holidays, I had my furnace looked at for a second opinion. BCS was perfect. They gave me the real story with my system, pointed out actual issues with the previous service providers installation, answered all my questions, showed me how and why they were recommending these services, explained why my system didn’t need replacing just a little TLC, and left me feeling like I was with the right people. The service manager who assessed my system promised to be there at the job when they did the work, and he was, just like he said he would be. All the work was shown to me, it was done clean, on time, on budget and with people I genuinely trust. Thank you BCS. I’m a customer for life.

Zacc from Baxter Comfort Solutions cleaned and inspected our furnace. He arrived very promptly for our appointment and worked very quickly and thoroughly, including flushing a pump on our furnace. We appreciated the time he took to explain what he had done, why and his results. I hope in the future when our furnace needs work Zacc will help us again.

Was pretty upset with the quality of service we received with our most recent visit. The technician not only left the leftovers of our trashed ignitor on the floor, but broke two of our bottom bolts of the panel containing the air intake. He also didn't inform us this problem and left the broken bolts on the floor for us to find later. On top of that, this company does not sell parts to consumers, when replacing our blower motor, they refused to sell the part needed and even try to pressure us into scheduling a service through them. They want you to use their overpriced services, but don't even care about your home or your appliances when in the process of working on them. A major appliance on top of that.

Always professional and friendly. My dogs even started to like them.

Noah, Eli and Orville did an amazing job fixing my furnace. It turned out to have several issues and they tracked them down and fixed them. They were friendly and polite and let me know what was going on and how much it would cost every step of the way. Their prices were reasonable and they even gave me a follow up call. They are my new furnace company.

I’ve lived in 5 different states over the years and this heating/cooling company is the best I’ve ever encountered! I appreciate the appointment text reminders that tell you who is your technician (with photo) and a real time tracking letting you know when they are on the way to your house. Our technician was kind, respectful, thorough, and took time to explain findings, as well as answer lots of questions I had about my heating system. I like that I got a detailed service report via email at the conclusion of the maintenance appt. Pricing was more than fair. Can’t say enough good things about this company!

Just had Baxter service my Air Conditioner. They did an awesome job and kept me informed on all that they found on unit. They also cleaned the outside condensor.

BCS has fantastic communication via text and email. *Edit* "I just got an email after service was complete and it includes the Tune Up report of everything that was done! I am so impressed!!" Zack Watts was my service technician and he was very timely, courteous and efficient. I initially went into their office to set up an appointment, as I believe first impressions with office staff are extremely important!! The gal in the office was very friendly and helpful and did give a wonderful first impression of this company!! Zach followed up with a great interaction. Glad I signed up for their Comfort Club to get heat and air service and look forward to having them out to service the A/C in the spring!! Highly recommend!!!
