GREAT EXPERIENCE! Talked to Dena & made appt, super nice! I was sent a text with Orval's pic, so I knew who was coming to my home. Orval knew very quickly what the problem was, fixed it and waited awhile to make sure that it worked before leaving. ALSO, I received a call the next day from Dena, asking how my appt went, I love that personalization! I Have done business with them since 2005, when it was Baxter Oil. Highly recommended!

Our technician was pleasant and explained everything about repair. Answered all of my questions. Will definitely use Baxter Heating and Cooling on all of Cooling and heating needs!

Sept’25 Good = same day service, broken part was available on tech’s truck.

Bad = overall cost / value = $350 minimum charge for diagnostics. 2 hours of tech time in my home equaled $1200 plus a $400 part as it was a “bundled price”.

Felt like I was being sold bald tires at the only tire shop in a desert.

Sure didn’t want to need a new central air conditioner and new furnace but it was time and Baxter Comfort Solutions made it happen without my needing to worry about anything! All the guys are super respectful and knowledgeable and would recommend to anyone! Check out the manual and paperwork holder they made and put on my furnace!!!

Baxter Heating and Air was a lifesaver when my AC went out on the hottest day of the year. They answered the phone right away and got me scheduled fast. I liked that they gave me a one-hour window and sent a text stating when the tech was on the way along with a picture of the technician— super convenient.

Baxter Heating and Air is my absolute go to anytime I need any HVAC work in my home. From the very first time I reached out for repair, to needing parts, to a complete HVAC upgrade, they have been there for me! Great customer service, awesome sales that was not pushy or try to upsell me and the installers were courteous and efficient with their work.

We moved to a new house that has geothermal heating and cooling in it. I was referred to Baxter from a friend of mine that also has a geothermal system. Our technician was Orville he was polite, and very knowledgeable. Not only did he check out our system but he helped me to understand how it worked. The service and my experience with Baxter was excellent.

Baxter Installed my new system this week and I can't recommend this company highly enough! Thorough and professional from the the initial quote, where Orval explained all my options, costs and benefits, to the installation where Noah and Bryce were efficient, friendly and respectful of my property, leaving everything clean and tidy. The company even helped with local rebate programs. I'm so happy to be done with an old failing system that I kept patching up year after year. I know I won't have issues for a while but when I do I know who to call. Thanks guys!

Orville was very thorough with our options and they were able to have a quick install. They even loaned us space heaters. Definitely a company we will recommend to others. Noah and Nate were efficient, quick and clean.

Michael completed a yearly inspection of our air conditioner and did a thorough job. He found one minor issue and provided several suggestions and I ended up choosing one of the solutions as preventive maintenance to have no worries going into the next cooling season.

He was professional, clean, careful and educated in what he was talking about. I also let him put a sign up in our yard in case anyone else in the neighborhood would want to try Baxter out. I also liked the 15% off of the new part that was installed today due to me being in the maintenance program.

They are scheduled to come back out in October to do more work and I feel good now that I know this is how they operate, thanks again.

I wanted to also thank Zacc Watt for fixing our garage heater a few months back! He was persistent in finding the small gas leak and had the part in the van to fix it same day. He also looked into and got the part under the warranty that was still good. Thanks again for listening to our concerns and resolving the issue!

We are very happy to have Baxter Heating and Cooling as our HVAC providers. The quality of service is second to none, from our initial phone call to the wonderful and helpful office staff and clear communication about any possible schedule changes, to the first impression of the salesperson and technicians who are knowledgeable about the business which makes a large purchase with a large installation process painless. The humidifier has greatly improved our allergies, and skin, even the pets dander has subsided greatly. So we happily and highly recommend having your ducts cleaned and consider adding that humidifier! Our home environment changed in 24 hours and we can breathe easy now.
