I am so happy I found Wyckoff Heating and Cooling. My experience with Wyckoff is, they have very knowledgeable techs who arrive on time. I have called them a few times for help because I had forgotten information and have always received courteous treatment. I have recommended Wyckoff to family and friends and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know who needs the services they provide. I trust Wyckoffs Heating and Cooling.

I am so glad I decided to work with Wyckoff's on replacing my furnace, AC, and water heater. The whole experience from start to finish was positive. Mike Veigulis came out within a day of my first contact. He really listened to what I was hoping to achieve. I had a bid shortly after. The installation guys, Rick and Dan, were thorough and worked steadily all the way through. They left my basement looking like no one had ever been there.

I felt like I was doing business with a company that has a true commitment to quality of workmanship and customer service. They have gained a permanent customer and word of mouth praise anytime I can pass it on.

Can’t even begin to say how appreciative I am with Mike V. and all his time and help…very professional, thorough and friendly! My 25+ yo AC went out during our recent nasty heat wave and he was able to give me a great price for both new AC and furnace along with a prompt installation date. The two installation guys were friendly and did an excellent job as well. Thanx for making this a great experience!

Wyckoff installed our HVAC systems when our house was built. We have been extremely pleased with their professionalism and support. They were instrumental in designing a separate system for our indoor pool. We have had no problems at all and their work exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend them.

Wyckoff has always been great for us going back to 2001. Other competitors have tried to upsell or tell us our equipment needed replacing. Wyckoff has done terrific annual maintenance on our AC and furnace.

When we finally decided to buy a new furnace and AC (after 21 years of trouble-free use), Wyckoff sales gave us several bids to think about, did a nice job explaining the difference between equipment and brands. We did not solicit other bids because we just want to work with Wyckoff, they are that good where it does not make sense to call anyone else. We maybe could have saved some money on no-name equipment but well known, local heating and cooling contractors flat out lied to us about our equipment and we decided let's just deal with Wyckoff and not worry about getting scammed by others.

The furnace and AC were installed in a day and the installers knew what they were doing. Of course it's brand new so everything is great but I don't anticipate any problems. We'll use Wyckoff for our annual tune-ups and we anticipate good service life and reliability and support from Wyckoff. They have been honest and reliable and y'all don't need to go anywhere else!

Wyckoff installed the HVAC system in my home 3 years ago. Everything was running smoothly. Then last summer the furnace manufacturer arranged for a recall repair with a company I wasn’t familiar with. This triggered my furnace to shut down unexpectedly this winter. I called Wyckoff for help. The knowledgeable Wyckoff team responded quickly and were able to get the furnace working until the proper parts were available. Once the replacement parts came in, they returned promptly and completed the repair. I can’t thank Wyckoff enough, what an excellent company to work with! Their service is outstanding, and everybody was quick, friendly, and professional.

We had a coil go bad on our AC system during a heat wave. Wycoff was extremely easy to work with and was here for the repair a day after I called. Technician was friendly, prompt, and did a good job cleaning up after the repair. I don't know how the service could have been any better!

Our heating/furnace stopped working this winter. Found Wyckoff's sticker on the side showing they installed. We called and had a very level conversation about the repair that might be needed based on symptoms. The person on the phone gave us some self-help instructions on common causes to save us paying for a services appointment and scheduled us to be seen the next day in case it didn't work. Turns our igniter had cracked which the technician was able to replace during the appointment. They also took the time to explain the repair and show me how to do it which was a bonus. I now feel confident to be able to do this on my own should it go bad again. Having a company who will not only fix the issue but empower you to be able to do it on your own is great.

We had our air conditioner go out just when the temperatures went above 95 degrees for a week. Wyckoff was able to come out the same day and repaired it. Service tech was friendly and very professional. Costs were very reasonable. Could not be happier with the job they did.

I have never dealt with an HVAC company with as much professionalism as Wyckoff. They cared about every detail, showed up on time and were polite about everything. I got a very fair deal. I have used 5 companies through the years and I will never call anyone else again. I’m staying with Wyckoff and staying with a locally family owned business. High quality workmanship.

Wyckoff Heating and Cooling did the work on our new home build. We have a geo system and they also installed the gas fireplace and whole house humidifier. We have enjoyed the continued relationship with Wyckoff twice a year for routine planned services to keep us comfortable all year long with no surprises. We have our favorite service man and that's a treat. Would highly recommend!

I had one of those nightmare projects that takes some real skill- 5 levels in one home. Needing multiple systems and ductwork. Wyckoff was very competitive in their pricing and worked within my budget and made adjustments to be sure we could get where I needed. while it was initially a nightmare, Wes and Rick got comfortable quickly and worked through every challenge (avoiding elevator shaft, lots of load bearing walls and beams, etc. Dan Hamm designed the systems well , and he and an owner came out to visit. We’ve had time to test it, even though all windows and exterior trim isn’t in yet, and I’m pretty sure we’re going to make it through the last challenges in our freezing winter without any pipes bursting as it seems to be keeping up just fine! They had the extra challenge of a female project owner and manager, with lots of annoying input, but they got through that well. Wes and Rick care enough to stop in and check on the rest of the process of other trades on their lunch break when near. I appreciate Wyckoff going above and beyond to earn my business and keep a good relationship.

The technician was very helpful and friendly and explained what the problem was and what he had to do to fix it. When he got the part, he reached out and let me know and we figured out a time he could come to replace it which was just a few days later. Everything went well!

Wyckoff installed our heating and cooling unit in our home three years ago. Our visit from them was a service check up on our unit as it had been acting a little wonky. They fixed the issue and it’s been working great ever since! The whole group at Wyckoff is amazing! They are kind and knowledgeable and respectful of a person’s home. (They clean up their mess before they leave even! Many places don’t or do a half a job…). I would highly recommend them!

They did a great job of explaining what they thought the problem might be. They are very good at what they do and are great to work with. They fixed the problem with our furnace noise and took the time to explain what happened to it and what the problem was. Very satisfied with the way that things were handled by the technician. Our air conditioner went out on Father's Day with our whole family in town, and not only did they send a technician out right away that day, they rounded up a brand new unit for us and were able to install it the very next morning before the dreaded 90 degree days ahead of us. They give you small windows of time when they will arrive and they even showed up slightly early! I cannot recommend them enough.

Wyckoff installed my air conditioner about 12 years ago. Their service department is number one! I have Wyckoffs "Peace of Mind" service, and swear by it. A service person comes out twice a year to check and clean my air conditioner and furnace. Like changing oil in a car, appliance maintenance helps the machine work well for a extended time. Maintaining is always less expensive than replacing it with new. However; when the time comes for a new furnace, I know they will be the company I turn to. Good Company ... Good people.....
Update...November 2024...during my fall Peace of Mind check I learned it was time to consider a new furnace. Wyckoff to the rescue. A new furnace was installed and is working beautifully . ***** 5 stars for this company and especially their sales and service people. I feel genuinely cared for.
