Awesome 😎

Never called us back.

Quick service. Reasonable price.

Fast affordable service from Mike and crew!

Always nice and get the job done. They clean up their mess.

The customer service was exceptional and getting the garbage disposal issue fixed was timely!

Awesome company to work with. I recommend them for any of your sewer needs.

Michelle is very rude and arrogant. Doesn’t even let say anything without cutting you off.
Very poor customer service. I will never use this company again

They did a very good job. His attitude was very respectful and kind.

Canceled my service.without even a phone call , lied saying it was the other plumbers fault that canceled it. Don't know how the plumbers are but terrible phone service .

They were very prompt on their response time even thought it was a weekend! Mike helped me with the issue that I had and wanted to make sure I was taken care of as a customer.

Very prompt service, an exceptionally polite service tech, and excellent price. Cleared my clogged basement drain in less than an hour.

Very polite, concerned about my floor coverings. cleaned up nicely after they were done. professional all the way around!

They are a great family owned and operated company! We've used them at our office and my home, they are always very professional.

I have had issues with a floor drain backing up. Timely response and Alex is extremely knowledgeable and professional.

I have always made it a point to use Greenwood source service however I have left 4 messages for them to return a call to absolutely no Avail henceforth I have gone with another local company

When all other service companies seem to be forgetting what customer service is, Greenwood brings it back ! Excellent service, lightning fast response, extremely friendly techs.

They told my they'll be at my before 5pm on Friday, of course the didn't show up and I had to call someone on the weekend and pay way more.

They did a great job. The technicians were super friendly and explained everything very well. Will definitely use them again.

I had 3 different plumbers come out to my house with an outside drain that was clogged and everyone was giving me the run around. And they actually fixed my problem and so far so good! I will be using them again for my plumbing needs!
