So the project that was supposed to last a few weeks was prolonged for months now and still not finished. I'm a business owner and I know that bad review could damage your business, but this guy should never be in customer service business. He will deal with you on his own terms and finish the job when he feels like it. It is a bummer, guy works really hard and appears to be a nice person, he just hove no concept of what it takes to be in customer service business.

Thank You for installing our American Standard Heat Pump and Air Handler. We Called Alex to look at our old heat pump as it wasnt working correctly. Being new to this area we was unsure who to call. We decided that Alex would be the one to install our new unit. We trusted him from the moment he arrived to take care of our needs. He has a excellent crew that works with him and everyone could answer our questions to help build our confidence. My husband and I will recommed Primo Heating and Cooling to anyone and everyone. We called and they came out same day. They had to hunt down a part from out of state for us. Wonderful group to work with.

At first they did a wonderful job. We had to replace our hot water heater and they brought in one for temporary use while they got one for us. A month or so later our brand new water heater broke on a Thursday night. Friday they came to diagnose it and said it would be back on Monday if the part was instock, no temporary hot water heater this time. Called them Monday and are getting the round about on whether they got the part or not. I thought the first time around we had excellent service, but now I'm afraid that's not the case.

We had a aircon unit moved and reset during foundation work. The crew came out 1st thing the morning work was to begin and had it reset with a days notice on the other end. Great service. Thanks!

I just deleted my original review. I called Primo 5 minutes before closing to ask for help. Shop furnace went out. We have to much $$$ in supplies and machinery to let it freeze. He was here within the hour. Saved us again... Thank you so much..

Alex came out because I was having trouble with the gas fireplace and in talking I mentioned how high my bills had been and I saw the look on his face when I told him my highest bill so I knew I needed to replace it! Alex gave me my options and I went with the Bryant Evolution!!! Alex got me a very low interest loan and made it so easy!!! I'm very happy with it and was pleased with the whole process!!! I can see how much it's costing me on a daily basis and it's incredible how efficient it is!!! Told Alex that he's my guy until I die or he retires!!!

Alex and his team were very professional. Took on a big project of installing all new hvac and ducts throughout my home. (old House Challenge and they exceeded my expectations) I could barely tell someone was here. Quiet, clean, polite and very professional. Alex was very easy to work with and I would choose them again for any of my Hvac needs. Highly recommend!

They did great. I called them last minute and they fit me into their schedule. Luckily, I was local too. They were quick as well.

Eric was on time, very professional, and found the problem with our dryer right away. He was able to replace the faulty part, and also cleaned and oiled the pieces within our dryer. It is now working perfectly and no longer squeaking loudly. Highly recommend!

After calling around to several different places to try to get them to work on our mini splits, we found the percent one Primo heating and cooling. The 2 brothers Tim and John, that came out to fix our mini splits, they were extremely professional and friendly. If ever we need mini split unit maintenance done again. Primo heating and cooling will be the business we call first! Thank you so much guys!!!

They were awesome. Got a great price on a brand new high efficiency furnace and ac and within a week they showed up and had everything installed and taken care of in a day. Awesome service and friendly people. They did a great job.

Alex and the guys at Primo Heating a Cooling are amazing!! My AC went out and my house was about 89 to 95 degrees. I have 3 kids and we were in some serious trouble. He came and got us a new AC system for a very reasonable price and had it installed within 24 hours of us calling him to come look at our problem. Alex and all his guys are very friendly and very efficent.

Alex and his staff are professional and knowledgeable. They have always provided great customer service and are quick and efficient. We have called them out on several occasions and have always been extremely satisfied with the work they have done. Would highly recommend to anyone needing heating/cooling needs for your home or business.

I have had Primo out twice to repair our furnace. Once was because of flood damage, and while the work was completed and was somewhat satisfactory, the repair guy left the cover to the furnace on the bare ground in the crawl space, causing it to rust and become degraded enough that it is no longer useful. That has caused the various sensors and switches on the furnace to degrade as well, now I have a short cycle problem. When I called them to tell them of this problem after words, they ignored me and my repeated calls. I guess if it doesn't make them money, and they have to fix their own problems, they don't care.

The second time they came out, I had them replace the thermostat and wire. And while that work was also somewhat satisfactory, they left the wire too long and it is sitting on the bare ground in the crawl space, they also removed a portion of the duct work and tossed it on the bare ground, leaving it there. They also charged me $214 including tax for that work.

Primo's work is barely satisfactory, and they lack professionalism in their work. Their workers are polite however, I just find their complete lack of attention to detail, and failure to communicate what they have and haven't done, to be unprofessional.

Will NOT be using Primo again in the future, too many screw ups.

We were very pleased with the promptness, courtesy and service we received on our air conditioner during the latest heatwave!

After the initial visit, it was a month before the home warranty service was contacted. I had to call 3 times before I could get someone out to repair the furnace. I will say that the employees were courteous and professional. I'm just disappointed that it took so long to get the repairs needed.

Alex has done an outstanding job for us. He went out of his to help us replace our water heater even though it was after hours. His attention to detail on the install was impeccable. Highly recommend these guys!

I waited for six weeks for two estimates on an approximate $6K to $8K job and never received any even after being promised several times to be provided with them. Looks like someone doesn't have time for such a "small" job when they basically refuse to provide a simple couple of estimates. I wanted estimates, not excuses.
I contacted another company about the two jobs and had both estimates, in detail and in writing within two hours, which i gladly and greatfully accepted. I do NOT recommend Primo to anyone.
