Did a great job for us. House cooled down so we can sleep tonight. Came in a very reasonable amount of time .

Condenser blew out in old A/C unit during hottest streak of the summer. We called Primo, & Alex sent his team out as soon as the parts arrived. Although it required an ingenious bracket mounting process, Alex’s crew installed both the new A/C as well as furnace units in just one day with great efficiency. His crew left the basement even cleaner than before they embarked on the project. Alex has been great about inspecting the unit - even checking the clean air filter for us. Alex is a genius who makes difficult concepts clear & is the epitome of efficiency & professionalism. He is a valuable resource to southern IA.

Alex was very professional. I liked that he let me know he was on his way. He explained what could be done now with central air problem & we discussed options for replacement next year & rough estimate of cost. I will be contacting Primo to have furnace checked over before winter. Great experience working with Alex.

Alex and his team were great! They promptly answered our initial request for service, came out the next day. Diagnosed, worked with the home warranty company. They sent me clear and accurate quotes for various repair and replacement options. Allowed me time to review and when we decided, they got me in for service within a few days. The service techs were polite, quiet and got everything done fast.

I had trouble finding someone willing to come and look at my ductwork needing to be replaced. I finally contacted a few businesses via email although my location was not listed in their business area.

I received a response from from Alex at Primo and arranged a time for Alex to come to my home to review and gather information for an estimate.

After accepting his bid, we managed to arrange a time for the repair. They were able to work around my schedule due to a recent eye surgery.

The contractors were prompt, professional and did a great job. They were able to complete the job in one day! I am very pleased with the work and the results.

Primo showed up literally at 8pm on a Wednesday. Saved us from sleeping in a 90 degree house in less than 30 minutes!! So thankful and would highly recommend!!

I would like to say it was amazing but due to poor communication and follow through i have to say they could do better. Repair work was fine but communication and timeliness were non existent.

Very satified with Alex and his crew. When we started our weddind barn I wanted a local company to install and service our equipment because we were going to be busy enough running everything else. The technician was experienced and nice, but even if he was paid $50/hr, my total should have been no more than $150 before tax for the 20 minutes of work and the hour it took home to get there with $20 for gas, $5 to charge the vacuum battery, and a decent $50 profit. I feel 230 was overpriced. Other than the charge, no complaints.

Great customer service. If anyone needs a new furnace Primo Heating and Cooling is just what you need. The the guys that installed were great. And the owner was so helpful in getting me want I needed. So very thankful.

They were timely, polite and very knowledgeable. They were able to diagnose an intermittent problem with our furnace and put in a new control board and get us fixed. Would recommend to others and will use them again!
