Augi (technician) was outstanding. He took time to explain the entire process before he started. He worked tirelessly from the time he started to the time he finished.

Overall a great experience with the Zerorez team! They were fast in scheduling the appointment, very timely, and had fantastic communication all throughout the process. The carpet looks stellar and we highly recommend Zerorez.

Marino showed up early in the time window given. He gave me his thoughts on how the carpet would turn out, thoroughly explained the process, and started working on the carpets. They turned out MUCH better than I thought they would.

Would recommend to go with another company if you’re thinking of having zerorez clean your ductwork. From the inexperienced tech that was out twice to do a poor job and then a follow up from another. Vents were poorly cleaned and still a smell from them persists. First tech put screws in a patch directly where the filter goes and sloppy job of tape and patch work all around. When you pay 700 dollars for a duct cleaning to still have them smell and I cleaned is a real big bummer. Look elsewhere if you need this service.

Very impressed with their service. i spilled 1/2 quart if dark blue paint on beige carpet. customer service rep i spoke when scheduling appointment was reassuring they would do their best to remove the paint but could not guarantee. i appreciated her honesty. i decided to have some carpeting cleaned as well. adam was diligent in the stain removal and i can hardly see the stain. dan was the technician cleaning the carpet in the other rooms. Both technicians described what they would be doing and i knew upfront the costs. I appreciated the corner protectors they placed around the house as to not scratch woodwork with their equipment. Finding a company with such excellent customer service was very appreciated. thank you

Amazing job and worked with my schedule! Got dog puke AND grease from my husband’s work boots out of the carpet! 10/10 would recommend and the guy who came was so professional! Took less time than I thought and the carpets are not soaked like when I have used other cleaners or done it myself.

I am very pleased with the quality of Zerorez’s service, from start to finish. The person who spoke with me by phone to arrange the appointment was quite helpful as he clearly explained the process, options, and next steps. Follow-up messaging was clear and the right amount. Adam arrived promptly after having alerting me about 20 minutes ahead. He not only was fun to work with, but he did an exceptional job of sizing up precisely what the job would entail (explaining each detail well — just enough information and always with options), getting straight to work, and in the end, producing a beautifully revitalized, pristine carpet. Only environmentally and health sensitive products were used. His handling of the whole process was expert! I couldn’t ask for better.

Angel did a great job walking through the process and options for my rug cleaning. My dog recently passed away and needed to clean 2 rugs. One rug was especially in need of cleaning, but because it was cotton it was more difficult. He did the best that he could without ruining it. Great communication and fantastic customer service!

Very fast scheduling, was able to get an appt the next day. Daniel was our technician. He was very knowledgeable about the service provided and what to expect for dry time. He was efficient, very friendly, clean and respectful of our home and time. Excellent customer service and finished product!

Augie was great! Gave me all the information to make a decision and didn’t try to strong arm me into sales. He was straight about everything and offered but was not pushy when I said no. That’s a salesman for you. I will continue to do business with a person like that.

Jalen came to clean our carpets for us. He did a great job of explaining everything. He was timely, clean, courteous, and professional. The carpets look fantastic. This is the second time that we've used this company and we'd highly recommend.

Very pleased with Jalen, the gentlemen who did the work. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He also took his time explaining things. He did not rush and ge wore booties. Also, very pleased with how the caroet looks, definitely looks better! Smell is minimal.

Auggie is who to ask for. Wow. He's so kind and polite. Tells it like it is when he gets down to business. Unfortunately we had cat urin issues, on 2 mo. old carpet. First thing Auggie did was introduce his nose to our floor. So here he was crawling around on his hands and knees sniffing out problem areas. (I love my job. I love my job...) He explained why we smelled cat urine around new carpet areas that our cat didn't go near. Explained a couple options for tackling the issue along with costs, and shared his knowledge to help me decide the best carpet treatment for our situation. He informed me of ways to make the most out of the cleaning. Auggie went above and beyond, then before driving off he invited me to call him back if there were any issues. Great work Auggie. Thanks for setting up the fan!

Angel did a great job! He did a particularly good job cleaning a very soiled area that I really didn’t think was going to come out. He worked on it till it was gone! It looks like new! He was also timely and friendly.

I didn’t realize till after he left that he actually had to shovel snow to get the equipment to the front door!! He didn’t even mention it, just did what was necessary to get the job done! You have an awesome employee in Angel!

When I called for service, the gal was so kind and gave me several options. When the operator came, he was honest about the stains, and set expectations for us, and allowed us to decide how to progress.
