The carpet cleaning technician, Augie, was friendly, competent and professional. The office staff was also great to work with. He arrived on time, gave us clear information about the carpet cleaning process, and then got right to work. We couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish. The results are incredible. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

It was a very positive experience. I think it was Jaylen who cleaned my carpet. He was very personable. He also explained about drying time, the plant based solution and when it can be vacuumed. He was careful and put lots of effort into his work. Everything he cleaned (steps included) looks great! Thank you.

Carpets look like new and are especially clean in the high traffic walkways and hallways(see photos).

We have used your services in the past and appreciate professional, timely service. Daniel was outstanding and would highly recommend. He got the job done timely and curtiously. My one concern is to the company ( no reflection on Daniel) - are you not paying your techs a professional wage that you ask for tips? I expect to pay for professional service and the company is compensating their employees.

Amazing customer services and satisfaction! Marino was prompt, and on time, very professional, to the point and helpful! Explained everything in detail. And got my small area done in 45 mins! I recommend this company for your next carpet cleaning. They will not disappoint.

The worst carpet cleaning we have ever had. It came recommended by the manager of our 55+ coop manager. Simple stains weren’t removed and carpet was saturated when they were done. We couldn’t sleep in our apartment that night. Would never recommend. See photos where spots remained after the job.
