MLK day two years ago, I was home for the day, and noticed our furnace was not working. It was a frigid cold day. A friend of ours had a neighbor, Ted, who worked for a plumbing and cooling company, so they came over to take a look. He said the furnace was in bad shape, and told us how to get it through the night. Ted worked for Rhiner's, and set it up for us to have a new furnace installed the very next day.

Today we had a new hot water heater installed by Nate and Keith. Same friendly service. They explained what they had done, and how to adjust it if necessary.

From that first day two years ago, Rhiner's is the only company we call for all our heating and cooling needs. I feel they are an honest business and their employees are always pleasant and knowledgeable, from the office personnel to the servicemen. I will continue to use them in the future and would highly recommend them to others.

today, July 9th, Ed came and replaced the leaking faucet in my tub/bath combo. He did a fantastic job and did not charge extra for repeated trips to order/bring the replacement items. He was super friendly and cheerful. I will always recommend Ed at Rhiner's for anyone's plumbing needs.

Vadim and Loy did a great job installing my new garbage disposal. I will always use Rhiner’s Plumbing!

Nate was serviceman to replace our kitchen faucet and replace a flush gasket in our toilet. He did an excellent job-very efficient, courteous and punctual. He knew his business very well and answered all my questions. I would recommend him to anybody regarding plumbing-heating-cooling.

Called Rhiners to fix a faucet in our garage. Making the appointment was prompt and easy. Nate called before he came and showed up on time. He was very polite and even took his shoes off before coming inside the house. Repairs were quick and correct. Good job!

Ted installed a new sump pump for us after our old one gave out. He also repaired our leaking stool in the main bath. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Five stars.

Ed was knowledgeable, friendly and was more than willing to don a mask for my mother's safety. While he wasn't able to do the work at the time, he'll be back Friday, and I'm confident in his abilities. Rhiner/Ed was also the guy that suggested Smith's Sewage, and they were just as good as he promised. Thank you Ed!

*Edit: Ed returned yesterday and the excellent service I expected was delivered! Ed did the work in very short time, explained everything clearly and helpfully, and helped keep costs to a minimum (my mother is disabled and money is tight, so this was especially important.) Again, thank you, Ed and thank you Rhiner's!

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. I had them replace the furnace and ac that is located in my attic. A couple days later water was leaking through the ceiling. They came out and "fixed it" 3 days later water leaked again. The new work leaks air into the attic. They did not insulated anything. This use to be a good company.

Don and Chris were extremely communicative and transparent in the process of providing a quote and giving me worst case scenarios for replacing my sewer main. Their service was priced reasonably and was minimally invasive of the use of my plumbing fixtures during the process of doing the job. I will be recommending to anyone needing similar work done!

Nate Beenken came to look at a sump pump issue we had. He thoroughly assessed the situation and gave his advice on how to address it. He was honest in his assessment, not just looking for how to rack up costs.

I selected Rhiner’s after calling around for quotes. They were quite a bit lower and still gave high quality, professional service.

My 1953 bathtub developed a leaky faucet, and required a somewhat complicated fix. The plumber, Nate Beenken did a great job. He communicated well with the parts supplier and helped me select good replacement faucets to coordinate with my bathroom decor. He was professional and friendly, and did a good job making sure I understood all of the steps of the repair. I am satisfied with the prompt service and good outcome. Thanks.

Nate Beenken was just at my house installing gas connection to new gas stove, fixing my toilet, and repairing my shower. Nate is absolutely awesome. He's efficient and knowledgeable. He's got great customer service skills. He shared pertinent information with me about the repairs he was doing. Very very good and I highly recommend Nate for all your plumbing needs.

I've had Rhiner's come out a couple times in the last few years and have been very happy with the service each time. They're prompt, friendly, do nice work, and are fairly priced.

Excellent service! Caleb and Tyler were very professional and I was impressed with how quickly they fixed my garbage disposal. They clearly knew what they were doing!

Water heater was on the fritz and called Rhiner's to see what the issue was. We ended up needing a new water heater and process couldn't of been any more pleasant. Keith and Jake made the visit enjoyable. They were able to get a new one here and installed within a couple hours all the while being incredibly courteous which you don't always see nowadays. Couldn't ask for better service guys.... great attitude and they got the job done quick! Couldn't recommend Rhiner's more!! Great job Keith and Jake!!

Highly recommend BILL Rhiner’s Plumbing. NOT Wayne Rhiner plumbing. Had a water heater installed. Got a fair price quoted over the phone so no surprises. Plumber found a few minor things (replaced an old valve) and fixed them at no additional charge. They just wanted the job done right! Really appreciate them being efficient and on time. Ed was the lead plumber was was extremely professional and made sure I understood the mechanics of the new water heater. This is a well established business with a great reputation for great work and fair pricing. Highly recommend them

Discovered a water heater leak on a Sunday am. Luckily Vadim was on call! Spoke over the phone right away. He & Casey delivered a new heater first thing Monday am. Very professional and I was in the best of hands! Thank you so much!
UPDATED 4/16/21: Another wonderful job & outstanding service this time from Ed @ Rhiners! He kept me posted while the needed part was found & quickly fixed a leaking toilet. Ed was very professional & gave exceptional customer service!

We were very pleased with the professional way Rhiner's took care of ordering the part and repairing our broken faucet. Nate also did an excellent job of taking care of three other small plumbing issues at our home on this repair visit. We have used this company in the past and will continue in the future..

We have used Rhiner’s for several years. In January we had them install a new tankless water heater (their quote was WAY lower than another well-known company in town) as well as a new toilet in our master bedroom ensuite. A few weeks later we noticed a water leak in the room below the toilet. It turned out that a faulty toilet installation was the culprit. They were very quick in coming out to make the repair at no charge and very quick and accommodating in getting the drywall repair made. We were very satisfied with their response and we will continue to be Rhiner’s customers!

Called for emergency plumbing service, was told they were sending the information to their office, and never received a call back. I after 45 minutes I contacted another plumbing company and they had a person assigned within a 15 minute call. If you need emergency service don’t bother with this company.
