    MLK day two years ago, I was home for the day, and noticed our furnace was not working. It was a frigid cold day. A friend of ours had a neighbor, Ted, who worked for a plumbing and cooling company, so they came over to take a look. He said the furnace was in bad shape, and told us how to get it through the night. Ted worked for Rhiner's, and set it up for us to have a new furnace installed the very next day. Today we had a new hot water heater installed by Nate and Keith. Same friendly service. They explained what they had done, and how to adjust it if necessary. From that first day two years ago, Rhiner's is the only company we call for all our heating and cooling needs. I feel they are an honest business and their employees are always pleasant and knowledgeable, from the office personnel to the servicemen. I will continue to use them in the future and would highly recommend them to others.

    today, July 9th, Ed came and replaced the leaking faucet in my tub/bath combo. He did a fantastic job and did not charge extra for repeated trips to order/bring the replacement items. He was super friendly and cheerful. I will always recommend Ed at Rhiner's for anyone's plumbing needs. Vadim and Loy did a great job installing my new garbage disposal. I will always use Rhiner’s Plumbing!

    Nate was serviceman to replace our kitchen faucet and replace a flush gasket in our toilet. He did an excellent job-very efficient, courteous and punctual. He knew his business very well and answered all my questions. I would recommend him to anybody regarding plumbing-heating-cooling.

    Called Rhiners to fix a faucet in our garage. Making the appointment was prompt and easy. Nate called before he came and showed up on time. He was very polite and even took his shoes off before coming inside the house. Repairs were quick and correct. Good job!
