    I called them with an emergency situation and was told they would call back after talking with scheduler to let me know when they could come out to my house. Needless to say no one ever called me back. Had this not been an emergency and been the 10th company i called it would be no big deal, but this gentleman said he could help and knew of the dire need i was in but stlll didn't ever call me back. Very poor customer service. I would give no stars if possible.

    I would literally give no stars if I could. Plumber for my new home. We had: master toilet leaking on first day of move in; contacted him and was rude asking, "what we were doing on toilet" and then "fixed" it, only to have it leaking 2 days later again. My daughter's bathroom toilet also leaked. My daughter's bathroom sink only has hot water, no cold, while her shower only had cold, and not hot. My husband had to fix both of those issues. My master shower was not installed properly and I had a catastrophic leak, leading me to completely re-do my shower, replace drywall, replace bathroom tile floor, and reinstall carpet. I had MOLD everywhere. When I contacted him, he simply didn't respond. He also put the sump pump in wrong and then wanted us to leave it even though it was his mistake. We did make him put it in correctly. HORRIBLE. INCOMPETENT. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.

    Mike did an amazing job. He was prompt and was able to help us with all of our jobs that we needed done (replacing valve in shower, moving drain pipe and moving new sink drain over). He even pointed out fixes that would improve function in our home and safety issues that the home had. He was very kind and knowledgeable. His number didn’t work at first- but once I dialed 515 first- my call went through. Thank you Mike.
