I called in to request getting my leaking toilet looked at, sewage leaking into my house. Their nice receptionist took my information and said they will send me a text and that the link would allow me to schedule a time to have someone come out. I got the text, scheduled a time, downloaded the app they asked I use, I patiently waited, no one showed up. I reached out to the "plumber" via text see if they were still going to show up, nothing, no response. Meanwhile I put off calling other plumbers while I waited while sewage leaked from our toilet. To say this is not professional is an understatement. I would steer clear. This business appears to be a middle man for plumbers who fulfill their scheduled work. Don't give a middle man money, call someone that does the work directly.

Had a water heater bust out and flood the basement storage room. They came within 24 hours on a last minute notice and replaced the water heater for me. Don was fast, efficient, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. I could trust that he would do it the right way the first time and he actually redid the plumbing from the previous install that was done incorrectly. Maybe a little on the high end price wise compared to others, but would definitely hire them again in a heartbeat!

Don is great, responded quickly and fit us into his schedule, our Washing machine water on/ off valve went bad - no cold water to Washing machine, he replaced valves and i would recommend lifestyle plumbing to anyone.
