After one carpet company was contacted, then ghosted me for a week, this company gave me an estimate over the phone and cleaned my carpet within 5 days of the initial call. Augie, the technician, was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, articulate, efficient, and hard-working. We have had up to 4 cats at one time in our apartment, so carpet-cleaning gives us a huge refresh! We had the pleasure of having Augie from Zerorez Carpet Cleaning come out to clean our business, and he was absolutely amazing! Arrived on time, polite, communicated well, knowledgeable, efficient. I learned some more things about carpet. I’ve been using Zerorez for a quite a few years now, they do a good job and will return if requested to address any concerns; for example, once I had a deep stain that rose to the surface further after cleaning which is typical of such stains; the technician returned and worked on it some more at no additional charge.

After having Zerorez do our current home a few months back, we scheduled them to do the home we are buying! Once again, they did an amazing job! Daniel was so kind, friendly & professional! He walked me through everything & always explained the process.
