Called asked question if they get blue diamond tree lady who answered wasn't customer service type I asked if she can get one no buy what kind of call was that ? Seriously learn how to talk to a customer

I purchased two evergreen trees and had Sherbondys plant them. Before the end of the first year, one was dying and the other was questionable. They had me select another tree which they planted but they cut off the tip which will cause the tree to grow wide which is exactly what I did not want. The man who planted the tree had no idea why it was cut off and then mentioned that my other tree was not looking like it would survive either. I called Sherbondys and the owner told me that the tree will produce another dominate leader that will take the place of the one cut. She did not understand..I did not want a wide tree but they said they could only replace the tree once. The next year I nutured the second tree but it also is dying with only a skeleton left. I called on that tree as well and they said it was out of warranty. I have planted 10 evergreen trees on our acreage from 3 different nurseries and Home Depot. All are doing well and the cheaper ones from Home Depot which were end of season stock, have thrived. What is wrong with Sherbondys?

Looked everywhere for this particular rose. Sherbondy's had it. Staff very helpful and walked me out to the car with my purchases. HIgh class, great quality.

The only greenhouse, other than Diller's, who is open a VERY limited time-frame, in Council Bluffs!!! Basically the only one!!!!! Sherbondy's has a great selection of house, annuals, perennials and pond foilage and flowers to choose from. They also sell accessories for all. If you know the name of the plant you're looking for, hopefully a common name or two, or the plant's specific "book" name, they'll order it....if possible. My mom got her rose bush just by description and I've gotten house plants galore. On top of my every now and then perennial shopping. They sell grass seed. They sell fertilizer for just about anything. You got a mold or disease on your plant, they got the chemical treatment for it. They also sell substrate (dirt) mixes, top soil, mulch and OmaGro!!!( it's organic, treats and pH balances your soil) . Anything will grow after a OmaGro....and maybe some top soil. Just ask one of the friendly, easy to find "staff of all that grows"!!! I think they might do a little landscaping too... not sure on that one. Go to Sherbondy's for all your botanical needs.

Love this place. The owner and staff are so nice and knowledgeable. The store is very well organized and they help you quickly find what you need.

I love this place but, I bought what was supposed to be a ghost pepper plant from them. After peppers started to Blum I was seriously saddened to find I had been dupped. My plant is nothing more then a wax pepper plant. I live 3 blocks from here and get my planting stuff from here but I will not buy plants again this had ruined my first pepper grow experience.

So polite, very helpful, all in a great attitude. All employees had great knowledge and an answer to all my questions or were more then happy to find out. GREAT VARIETY AND LARGE SELECTION. LOVE IT

My dad & mom had Sherbondy's landscape their home about 15 years ago and it has looked great. Needed spiffed up two years ago and they did another great job and added some new features plus drip irrigation for most of the plants. Wow did the plants thrive. Lost two sedums the first winter which they replaced with no loss the second winter.

Sherbondy's is my favorite. The staff has always been more than helpful and they have a beautiful nursery with tons of selections. Everything from cacti and succulents to herbs and seeds to planters and pots. I could spend all day here.

I had a great time visiting Sherbondy's. Excellent selection and the staff went the extra mile to help me find the perfect tree for what I had in mind. Definitely will be coming back.

Cool family owned greenhouse in council bluffs Iowa. Lots of plants to choose from and friendly staff. The prices are good and there's even a koi fish pond inside.

A great place for all of your lawn, garden and pond needs

Over priced!! Charged us for seedlings. But had them in 4 inch pots at 4.99 each. Should have been 1.99. Just be careful there they have a tendency to over charge unless you speak up. Sad won't go back..
