Joshua bogardus is awesome, he replaced my main water line. Did an excellent job and at a great price. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone.

CHECK HIS PRICES!!! ESPECIALLY FOR LABOR. We have used Josh in the past, was satisfied with his work and felt he was reasonable in his charges. I had some things that needed to be done so called him to come out. I failed to ask him what his labor rates were per hour however because they had always been reasonable before. BIG MISTAKE! When he gave me the bill it showed over $500 for labor for 3.5 hours. Said he now charges $145 per hour along with increasing prices on parts (expected that on the parts). While the replacement of the drain connection on the tub was tough the other work was pretty basic. Charged over $200 for parts and $500 for labor for 3.5 hours. I about gaged when he presented a bill for over $760.00. Even though my fault for not asking ahead of time I will never use him again as I felt he took advantage of me by not giving me an idea of what he charged ahead of time. Especially since we spent some time looking at faucets on the internet and he went someplace and was gone for half an hour but included all of that in his labor rate. I would NEVER have hired him if I had any idea he charged that kind of rate.

Josh was absolutely amazing! Communicated everything so well I understood exactly what the problem was and how he fixed it! I will use him each and every time I need anything with plumbing!!

Showed up first time and fixed clogged drain. I asked about a wet spot on my steps he said it was my outside faucet spraying. He came back to fix it. I started getting water in my basement after. Made 2 appointments he never showed up. Got a different plumber to come and it was never the outside faucet leaking it was the bathtub. He could tell by where the water had stained the wood. His labor is also $145.00 which is pretty high. This new plumber charges $99.00 a hour and fixed the problems.

Called Josh after hours with an emergency backup in our basement. He was over within 45 minutes. He quickly identified the likely problem and proceeded to scope the mainline. There was clog but he made sure there wasn’t a gas line or electrical line bored through the main line. He then cleaned it with another machine and rescoped it to show it was all cleaned out. He explained everything thoroughly, was very transparent about possible causes, and ways to prevent it happened again. Many plumbers don’t have the equipment and/or the expertise as Josh to do this type of job correctly. I thought the cost was very reasonable based on the circumstances. I hear a lot about people nickel and diming plumbers and then are “surprisingly” unhappy with the work that was done. Although he may not be the cheapest plumber out there, but if you want a plumber that can tackle any job, be very flexible in emergency situations, and get the job done correctly and timely, he is your guy! Recommend 100% and will not go elsewhere! Thanks again Josh!

My water heater went out and I was having trouble getting a plumber to come quickly. Joshua was great! He had me send pictures and he got a water heater and repaired for me quickly even working in the evening! I would not hesitate to use him again! Thank you Joshua!

We had a complicated draining problem in our upstairs bathroom. Josh figured it out and did a great job explaining the problem and getting it fixed. He works very fast and cleaned everything up when he was done. Very friendly and extremely professional. I will call him again.

I would give more stars but we are only allowed 5. Joshua Bogardus plumbing and more has repaired faucets that were leaking. I had a major bathroom remodel he replaced the pipe from the toilet to the sewer. Redid the plumbing for the shower and faucet. Moved the water heater and placed it in a better locality so I could utilize my basement area. He went above and beyond. He is a focused worker and respectful of your property. I have never had to call him twice for the same problem. He fixes it right the first time. I will always recommend Joshua Bogardus plumbing and More.

Josh is one hell of a guy . He fixed our sewer pipe and have not had a problem since. I would recommend him to anyone that has plumbing issues the cost was great. Again thank you Josh and your team for what you did for us much appreciated.

Josh and his team acted fast this morning when my husband and I had to call him in a panic because we had water in our basement. They were able to get the problem solved in a little over an hour and things are back to work great. Cost wise I would say he is fair. I don’t know a lot about the cost of plumbing jobs but I will say we had a similar problem a little over a year ago and we were charged FAR more then what we paid Josh and the other company was less then pleasant to work with once they finally arrived. Regarding complaints about labor cost. Josh was upfront about cost. He was clearly unable to give us an exact quote being that he wasn’t sure how long the job would take but he was more then upfront even before I had to ask him. If you are looking for a reliable and friendly plumbing company I truly don’t think you would be disappointed when working with Josh and his team!

Bogardus Plumbing did an excellent job replacing my water heater! They were professional, timely and had great communication! I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs, timely, professional knowledgeable and pleasant who could ask for anything more.

Thank again for coming out to my house. In the past I have had 3 different plumbers to either install a water heater, water softener, or other plumbing issues. Out of the 3 plumbers that came to my house in the past was very uneducated. The reason why Joshua Bogardus Plumbing was here so he could fix another plumber mistake. He had never been in my house until today. He knew right where the water shut off value was. When we were talking about other plumbing issues that I had in the past he said that I had to much pressure coming into the house. The water softener was only 2 years old when it broke. I ask him why it stop working, He said it was because of the pressure that was coming into my house. The pressure for my area should be no greater then 80. I had 120.I don't understand why he was the only plumber that knew this information. This is madding because you think that plumbers would have some kind of knowledge about pressure coming into one's house. He is worth his cost of labor because of his knowledge. I will call him back for all my plumbing needs. Thank you again. I do appreciate you.

They fit my small sink repair into their schedule when another plumber had to cancel on me. The two who did the repair were professional and got things done quickly. I’ll definitely call again for future needs.

any time I have called Josh or Shawn, I get a fast response and VERY prompt service. They are polite, professional and very respectful. Just wonderful all around, good local folks.

Extremely dishonest. I mistook this company with one that is in Florida (where I live) and sent a $500 payment via PayPal to what I thought was my plumber. Turns out I was incorrect. Josh withdrew the money and refused to return my calls after 4 voicemails. I did manage to get a hold of a receptionist and she acted like she didn’t know what I was referring to, but promised she would get to the bottom of it and call me back the same day. Never received a call, and refused to return my calls again. I get it… I made the error, but they should be honest and do the right thing. If he didn’t earn it, why keep it? I’ve disputed with PayPal and this process could take up to 30 days. Send my money back!

Josh was at my friend’s house really quick and got the problem fixed even quicker. Thankful for him and his quick fixes.
