This company is fantastic. Polite, professional and very reasonable. Another (big name) company quoted me 10,000 to 24,000, came to appointment in a Tesla, with price sheet, remove our toilet and it leaked everywhere...ridiculous. Alex with Viper did the job for 5,500...HUGE DIFFERENCE. He's a great plumber, knows his stuff, had a nice crew, takes time to explain everything, and was done in a day. It was a big job and I was worried about the possibility of being a two day job, but his crew knocked it out in only one day. I recommend his company to everyone. He'll definitely be my "forever" plumber.

I used this company through my home warranty. I was told they'd contact me within a 48 hour period and they didn't, so I called Viper and they had the order but hadn't called me. They set up the appointment then and I had to wait another couple days for service. (Basement drain was clogged so a/c run off was flooding onto carpet). The guys that did the service were great. Not chatty which was fine with me but they were nice and professional. They got the job done and went on their way. The waiting period to get someone to actually come out is why this is not rated higher.

They guys were on time. And very honest. Instead of charging us 1,000s of dollars due to extreme root damage, they suggested we go through insurance.

A little high for nothing being replace or repaired. But, the two gentlemen that showed up were very polite and knowledgeable and most of all honest and not just saying it needs replaces to get more money. 4 stars only because of the seemingly high rate.

Viper Drain Cleaning was very responsive and very helpful with my main sewer line being clogged. They got the job done quickly except for the pouring of new concrete slab (delayed mainly due to weather), but they did what they could to make it right for the delay. Would recommend Viper Drain Cleaning.

Viper was very professional. We had a drain issue due to roots in the pipe. They came up with a plan, got the equipment and people that was needed to correct the situation. then took care of the problem. They are willing to make sure you do not pay for anything that was not needed or done. Thank you for a great experience.
