Called them today because we were having issues with our main drain line and the gentlemen that came were so courteous, friendly and really cared!! I will definitely be using them in the future! I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

What a great experience. Outside main and Waterline broke on a Friday night and they completed all repairs by Sunday afternoon. Employees did a great job and were very friendly. Would definitely recommend!!

We had Jerry come by and snake our drain. He was extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what he was doing and even helped me understand why he was doing what he was doing. He was on time and very neat, no cleanup required upon completion of the snaking process. I would recommend this service to anyone!

Really appreciated the same-day service. Our water heater failed on a Sunday. Called them first thing Monday morning and we had a new unit installed and working by that afternoon.

Showed up on time even on a day when there was inclement weather and finished the job quicker than expected. Was extremely fair on pricing. Don’t think I’ll ever be using a different plumbing company going forward!

A cracked flue pipe was replaced very quickly and efficiently. The guys were courteous, professional and helpful. And didn't mind me asking questions about this job and about a couple of other possible future jobs. The cost seemed reasonable to me.

Great service. They came out within an hour. The guys doing the work were efficient, friendly, and thorough. They cleaned up after themselves. I can not say enough nice things. I would highly recommend them.

Great service with quality products. They showed up on time and prepared for the job. They installed a new larger water heater, a new water softener system, and a reverse osmosis system all within the time frame they told us. I was told that the repair was covered by warranty and there would be no cost to me.

Thank you McIntosh plumbing. I had a gas leak at a rental unit. They sent two men out within 1.5 hours. They fixed the leaks and got a pressure test line up and the gas was turned back on. To add context it was the night before the coldest day of the year so pretty important to get the heat back on for our tenants. Thanks McIntosh Plumbing.

We had a natural gas leak in several places, and McIntosh plumbing worked tirelessly to ensure all leaks were detected and fixed. It passed the pressure test, and now our gas can be restored! We're very thankful for their help.

I had an old water heater that was leaking and needed immediate replacement. I called McIntosh and the plumbers were here within about two hours. I had the new heater installed plus a new shut off valve to my humidifier. The plumbers were very efficient, did a great job and were done in around two hours. I felt the price I paid was reasonable.

Very experienced and well done job. Very clean and efficient. Price did seem higher than I expected but turns out it's pretty normal for cleaning the main line. He just made it look so easy.

We had this service to our home to replace the old lines from the curb to our house. The crew showed up on time, worked swiftly, and was gone by lunch. They also helped us install a whole home water filter we had purchased. The crew was friendly and kind. They went the extra mile to move a small tree that had been planted over the water line. (Even taking our hose to clean the sidewalk and give the tree a drink before leaving!) They didn’t leave a mess behind to clean up which was another bonus. Professional crew!

They noted the dirt will settle and they’d be glad to come back and level it out if we give them a call.

Water heater was not functioning. McIntosh was able to get us back up and running the same day of service! They were easy to work with and had no hassle pricing that was fair.

I had an urgent plumbing issue. Called around and was quoted a dispatch fee. Then I called McIntosh. Jackie was helping me troubleshoot over the phone. When that didn’t work, Luis got Jerry out within one hour. This is the most professional and helpful contractor I have ever called. Unbelievable service from the minute I called until the job was done. And, the repair was done for less than the dispatch fee the other folks quoted. I am so thankful and would recommend highly.
