Excellent Experience! Came within 1 hour of calling on a Friday Night. Fixed our very clogged pipe Cleaned out our main drain all the way to the street and then showed me on camera that the whole pipe was clear. They also used very nice equipment and were professional. Price was good to!

Tanner was extraordinary! We had a leak coming from the basement ceiling. Due to his expertise, determination, and unparalleled skill, he was not only able to locate and fix the leak (which was not easy as it was coming from a union behind drywall), he identified that we had extremely high pressure from the supply line. He resolved the problem by inserting a relief valve which dropped the pressure from over 100 PSI to a normal 55/60 PSI. If this problem had not been discovered and fixed, ten's of thousands of dollars worth of water damage may have occurred due to a blown pipe or blown toilet tank inlet hose (ask us how we know). We are extremely grateful to Tanner and Roto-Rooter. There's a reason Roto-Rooter is our goto for plumbing needs.

Brian did a great job, he cleared a drain clog in our house on a Sunday morning and his company was the first one to answer and get out to our house within an hour. He also explained what he needed to do and their services really well so we felt confident in our decisions. I will recommend that you do consider this company for your needs!

Paul was super nice and so helpful, I can’t recommend him enough. He worked quick and was super respectful and understanding! We got very lucky getting such a great technician. He installed a new hot water heater, redid the lines to one of our showers, put in a water filtration system and put in a water softener! It all works great. We’re so excited!

I called because our bathtub was completely clogged, and they were able to send a tech the next morning. I appreciated the texts (and the mobile app) communicating when to expect my technician, it prevented wasting my time. My technician (Cadyn) was friendly and professional, explained what he was going to do and why, as well as gave me an estimate before starting the work.
I was thrilled with the efficient service, and asked him to also check the washing machine drain that my husband had serviced by a different company a month prior; that company had told us that there was something partially impacting the pipe in the floor and gave us an estimate to tear up the floor and replace it. This tech snaked it and we ran the washer to find that it is now clear and not in need of replacing--saving us thousands of dollars. We'll only be calling Roto rooter for our drains in the future!

Initial appointment was delayed by hours after the promised time, I rescheduled for the next day. Hey it happens. But the next day, they were delayed and later than the promised time. Assessed the job and couldn’t complete it same day. Scheduled a plumber for the morning of another day and they missed the promised time and never called me. They ended up calling me a day and a half later saying they were delayed and couldn’t get anyone out and they had to reschedule. I told them don’t bother. Went with another company.

Technician was pleasant, prompt and did a great job. Didn't matter that it was the weekend. He explained everything he was going to do and completed the job quickly. They have support team members available during the visit to inspect damage and special circumstances if needed. Very happy!

Roto-Rooter has been a life saver!! Our main drain got clogged and backed up into our basement. They were able to come out the very next day and fix the problem. Between getting the clog out and the sanitation/demo process, I’m certainly glad I called them in my emergency.

Thought I had a partial blockage in a toilet. Dude (Brandon) showed up within a couple hours did a minor adjustment and gave me enough toilet maintenance information to last me a lifetime. Love it. Wish I didn't spend so much time trying to fix it myself.
