Very pleased with A Raymond Plumbing! Heather the receptionist was very friendly and helpful throughout my various calls and questions. Nathaniel was our technician and was communicative, efficient and cleaned up well after he was complete. Seems like an honest company with reasonable pricing and is easy to get onto the schedule.

Jon did amazing work! Got an appointment with A Raymond Plumbing through HomeServe, and every step was fantastic. Their scheduler was friendly and knowledgeable. Was able to get an appointment quickly and at a time that fit my schedule. Jon arrived on time, was super friendly and communicated well throughout the whole process. My backed up basement toilet ended up needing to be cleared all the way to the street, and he was able to take care of all the HomeServe stuff while continuing to work extremely hard, needing to auger multiple locations. Overall an excellent experience!

Dana was amazing. We were needing to get an eatimate and service on tree roots in our main sewer line. He helped calm.me down, educated me with knowledge, and then made recommendations on the protocol for preventative maintenence. Dana went out of his way to inform us. I recently had a plumber come out from Raymond Plumbing, His name is Thomas and I was thoroughly impressed with the service! Unlike previous technicians from the same company, this plumber went above and beyond to fix everything that needed attention. He was professional, efficient, and solved the problem completely. I will definitely be requesting him for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend him!

I believe his name was Jon came and figured out the issue, submitted it to warranty. And everything got fixed and taken care very quickly and efficiently. Also very nice and thorough on explaining everything and the lady that works on scheduling everything was also very nice! Honestly best plumbers I’ve had business with so far, and I’ve dealt with my fair share since buying my house!

Thomas just spent 2+ hours jetting root ball after root ball out of my pipes. If you have to have a plumber come to your house, Thomas is the one you want. He was incredibly easy to work with. Showed me on the camera the issues and helped me with future steps. I am very grateful for the time he took both solving this issue and explaining things! 10 stars if possible.

Thomas came out at 7:00 this morning to unplug a toilet that my 12 year old granddaughter must have stuffed a roll of toilet paper down last night! 😳 He is polite, professional, and fast- my definition of a great service provider. All the plumbers with A Raymond are top notch. As a realtor, they’re my exclusive go to for my home, as well as all my client referrals.

We have continually been impressed with the service we have received from Roto-Rooter. Today was no different. Our technician, Austin was very professional in his work and did a fantastic job. The area around the main drain has never been so clean afterwards thanks to his efforts. We continue to recommend Roto-Rooter and especially Austin!

Holland was the technician that came out. We were more than pleased with the service. We were hesitant about calling a larger company as fearful would not get good customer service and would cost a fortune. This was not the case at all. We called in the evening so thought once again would get someone that was just in a hurry to get fixed and out. Wonderful experience. Holland technician was knowledgeable and talked us through everything. Price was ver fair.

Bob is a fantastic tech!!! Had a sewer main clog that caused some damage in my basement. Had a tech out on Sunday that wasn't able to clear it. After getting a quote to dig and replace the line, I was told they would send out their best tech today to see if he could get it cleared. They definitely sent their best tech! A couple hours of his magic and the drain is flowing again and I don't have the weight of a $10,000 excavation and repair on my shoulders. I've also been working with their water removal team and Rafael has been amazing with explaining the whole insurance process and in assisting with setting up the claim. THANK YOU BOB AND RAFAEL!!!
