Anthony (from Waldstein Plumbing) arrived on time and worked efficiently. So far, we are very happy with the service he provided.

Great business! They were prompt in response to my message and came out the fallowing day. Steven was thorough in his explanation of the job and recommended an easy fix I could do myself with minimal cost. He also provided some quotes if we changed our minds. I will definitely call them again.

Used these guys to replace a bad water heater several months ago. They came out same day and installed a new one quickly. So I decided to use them again several months later to replace the plumbing under my kitchen sink, replace the faucet and install the new dishwasher I had bought. Again, quick service, polite and professional. Did have some minor leaking issues afterwards due to a faulty clasp or something, but they came back out with no fuss and no extra charge and fixed the problem. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be using them for any plumbing issues in the future. Thanks Waldstein!

Anthony did a fabulous job on a large plumbing job at my house. He answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained the process. I would highly recommend Waldstein Plumbing. Very knowledgeable and friendly crew every time I’ve needed work done.

Anthony did a great job installing a Well Harvester and moving a tub sink. He was prompt, professional and courteous. He kept me updated on progress and cleaned up the area when done.

Gavin & Tristan were here bright and early. We had a condensate pump installed with a drain tube that was routed into an existing PVC soil pipe. While making room in the soil pipe for a Y fitting, there was a fairly loud crack. It turns out that was a good thing as the 45° fitting going through our block wall was not fully seated. It had never leaked in the floor, I am assuming it may have been leaking inside the wall? I guess it doesn’t matter, because Tristan had it repaired in nothing flat. He also added an P trap to keep and orders from wafting in the basement. Everything was ship shape when the fella’s left. Gavin will be coming back to install a receptacle beneath the furnace on & off switch so we can plug in the condensate pump and do away with the extension cord currently in use. Oh, Tristan also sawed off an old plugged cast iron/PVC washing machine drain that was abandoned in 1993. I pushed an old perfectly sized “sample” glass from a grocery store visit. I pushed it below floor level and filled it with some patching concrete. I also patched around the new soil pipe fitting that Tristan replaced. All good now!

Our technician was able to come out the same morning that we called, on a holiday. He was polite, quick and Knowledgeable. Our issue was under warranty and we couldn’t be happier with having hot water again. He also checked to make sure that we were doing proper maintenance which is always a nice reminder

Our water pipe broke I rented a backhoe and dug it up . Not a great experience, a ton of tree roots. Tried to fix it myself… Bad idea .🥴 Called Waldstein Plumbing because they were from Council Bluffs. Phone lady was awesome. They sent out a guy to check everything , he was real easy to talk with. This was late in the afternoon when I called. The very next morning they sent out Anthony he took care of everything and we are very pleased . Enjoyed having him . 👍

Highly recommend Anthony, from Waldstein Plumbing! He installed our new well harvester, cleaned up after himself, and treated everyone with kindness. He also showed a genuine interest in what he was doing! Can’t wait to work with him again in the future.

First time to call a plumber in Council Bluffs and I got blessed— Waldstein Plumbing was provided us with Very professional service while making the appointment and then with a very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable technician. I called on Monday morning for non-urgent service (hooking up a refrigerator water line and a leak under the kitchen sink) and they were there Tuesday afternoon right on time. The technician quickly determined what needed to be done and went to work, got it done, and was gone in just over an hour. I was impressed! Thank you!

They installed my water heater fine however they didn't clean up behind themselves and the next day the drain that my washer goes to is clogged. I called them to help cause there was no issue with that drain before and they wanted to charge me $140 an hour. Do not use these people. They are very unprofessional and very unhelpful

Two of Raymond Plumbing technicians came to our home to fix a stopped drain. We just bought the house not too long ago, so we were not sure what to expect. They were thorough, even leaving to grab "a bigger snake". When they returned they were able to deduce the problem and, with the help of a Sawzall, they cleaned out a grease area that they assumed could have been growing for ten years. They never gave up. I expected the bill to be huge since they were here 2 1/2 hours, but everyone in the family agreed it was very fair because it was less than we thought. We will use them again!

Charged $2,500 to dig a hole and tell us it would be $14,000 to repair. SouthSide Plumbing dug 4 holes and repositioned the water meter for $8,500. Insurance covers SouthSide, choose them. 👍

A Raymond came to to inspect the flow of water to my house. The plumber, Jim, was not easy to work with. Rather than listening to what we were asking him to check, he would dismiss our concerns and check unrelated areas. For example, when mentioned that the flow drops substantially when multiple things are on, he insisted that the filters in the shower and sink faucets were likely clogged. As he checked each faucet, all filters were clean and would not cause a decrease in flow or pressure.

The plumber ended up coming out twice:

The first time I (female) was handling the plumber on-site and each of my concerns or comments were dismissed. My fiancé (male) called him after the first visit to understand why the plumber had not addressed the concern - flow of water NOT water pressure. No clear answer given.

The second time my fiancé handled the whole visit. There were multiple back and forths and the plumber finally performed the test we were requesting. The results were eventually documented in the plumber’s notes after explicitly asking for him to document the results. Also, my fiancé had to supply a testing gauge and request that Jim take measurements instead of using his years of experience eyeballing water pressure to tell us if the pressure was “good” or “bad”.

Each time the plumber visited. He turned the pressure on the PRV up to a threshold that is not typically set for households. Each time he either forgot to turn the pressure back to a safe threshold or had to be reminded to turn it back.

To corroborate the complaint, we had already had the presence of a problem confirmed by MUD and a separate plumber.

If you want a smooth plumbing experience and treated respectfully, do not go with A Raymond (specifically Jim).

Dwight, from Raymond Plumbing, recently came to our home to address a clogged pipe. He was thorough, and sought to understand the home's system as a whole prior to determining and addressing the issue of our water overflow. He was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to provide helpful information and tips to avoid further issues. I appreciated the service and would recommend the company for plumbing needs.

I have a Service Contract with HomeServe for my outside plumbing items. The company had Raymond Plumbing do the work. I needed an indoor shutoff valve replaced, but first the outside shutoff valve had to be located. Raymond Plumbing coordinated with Omaha MUD to mark the location. Then Raymond installed the necessary items so the outside valve could be easily located in the future.
My wife was VERY happy with the workers and the work they did.
I would HIGHLY recommend Raymond Plumbing.

We have HomeServe Warranty. Raymond Plumbing was assigned our trouble ticket. All aspects of the service was great: Scheduling and onsite work. Special recognition to the Technical Derek. He was professional, did a super job, and answered all of my questions.

Had a great experience with this company. I have Homeserve. They assigned A. Raymond Plumbing. Derek cane out Christmas night to snake my main drain. We thought it was fixed, but unfortunately had to come back out today to resnake, run a camera, and ultimately hydrojet the line. Derek and his partner spent half the day here working my line. Cleaned up the entire mess before they left. Hopefully the problem is solved!!!

So I originally wrote the glowing review below and completely forgot about it until the owner just responded. Unfortunately, that glowing review hadn’t lasted long after it was written.

We had an exterior insurance policy that covered the line from the main in the street that to our home. The line had been leaking so we filed a claim. A Raymond came out per insurance recommendation and fixed the issue which had been in the sidewalk in front of our home. When re-pouring the concrete the line hadn’t sat properly where it needed to be so their team took a sledge hammer and beat it into place…. Which cracked it. And we ended up with it still leaking under the fresh new concrete that they poured.

We contacted them again, which had been after them dodging us for a while. My husband had managed to get the owners number and bugged him enough to fix it (and speaking with insurance they had already been paid at this point). They came out and fixed it again, but with the new leak running and the large portions of line needing repaired in general this had cause our yard some major damage.

With our yard torn to shreds and sink holes everywhere we called the insurance company who then told us that A Raymond had already been paid to repair our yard, just didn’t bother to fill us in on that. After many phone calls again and having to pester the owners phone directly they finally sent some one out with a bag of grass seed that they half hazardly through around in the bald spots and walked away.

I understand some of this stuff may be unavoidable/out of your scope of work, but don’t accept payments for things you’re not going to take care of properly, or at the very least just be honest. And don’t dodge people, y'all just looked shady.

Now every time I see an A Raymond truck I give them the side eye. I will never use again and recommend most people to steer clear.

They came out on a Saturday, were in great spirits, and helped us in a timely manner. The two men that were here were sweethearts and would definitely would recommend.

Very pleased with A Raymond services. Nathanael was very knowledgeable and worked quickly to get the job done. Would recommend these guys in the future for sure.
