I had a water pipe burst due to the cold weather that came in December 2022. Dana, the plumber, came out to fix the pipes. He was very personable and delivered 5 star customer service. He also had the issue fixed in two hours with a very reasonable bill. If you need plumbing assistance call this company and ask for Dana. I can't recommend him enough for his service and professionalism!!!

We were having plumbing issues, with water all over in our basement. Raymond sent one of their experts (Mike), to troubleshoot and fix it, only to find out our main sewer line was damaged and needed to be replaced.

Eric and Josh arrived a couple of days later to replace the sewer line by boring under our sidewalk, concrete steps, and deck to replace the broken line. Our backyard was barely disturbed at all. Plumbing was restored on day 2. Dirt holes were filled and properly tamped, and concrete in the basement replaced on day 3. These guys were awesome! Truly nice guys that answered all my questions and made us feel very comfortable with their knowledge and proficiency.

A. Raymond Plumming came out and fixed a sewer pipe issue. In the process the cut two of my sprinkler lines. One I was able to fix, the other they buried the broken pipe and it is buried several feet below the surface. I dug down three feet and was unable to locate the pipe, so the pipe appears to be quite a few feet below that. I called and spoke to Andy the owner, he takes no responsibility and told me to contact a sprinkler guy to have a complete new line ran. In my opinion these guys take now responsibility for their actions and place the blame on the homeowner, I will never use these guys again. If you want a company that cares to do a good job, stay away from these clowns!

Nathanael was fantastic! He was prompt, courteous, a strategic problem solver, and able to resolve our issue just in time for company coming! Thanks again!

Everyone at A Raymond has been so helpful this week. Our sewer line went out of commission pretty rapidly, and the folks at A Raymond were able to come out and get things fixed much quicker than we thought possible. Dana was a great help both times he was here. And Josh and Erich were here to replace the sewer line. They were just the nicest guys and they did such a wonderful job. We are thanking God for leasing us to such a great company.

Yesterday I used A Raymond’s plumbing and Nathaniel was my technician he was very thorough in telling me my issue and how to resolve it he fixed it promptly and cleaned up I would highly recommend him.

1/21/24Day 2 return of another part of the leaky sink…. I called Raymond plumbing and Heather made me a priority to get the issue taking care of she sent Nathaniel back out and once again he killed it, he repaired pipes in the wall he even reached out to HomeServe to get questions answered for me, He was amazing!!! Explaining again each thing to me as I inquired.Ask for Nathaniel if you ever need to use a plumbing service he is at A Raymond’s plumbing!!!!

A-Raymond Plumbing takes no responsibility at all for damages done while they repaired my main sewer pipe on March 24, 2025. I contacted them a few times regarding cracked concrete due to the backhoe, said it wasn't their fault. I even sent pictures and the owner supposedly looked at it personally, they hauled in some clay dirt (definitely not good dirt, charged me $400 extra and one of the men that did the sewer pipe repair asked me if he could have the double gate that I had removed and I said yes, but this was after he said he would bring dirt to put under my cyclone fence on the west side, and that's when he said he had to charge me the $400 extra but didn't do it but took the double gate that I was going to sell for $40 but thought is was fair to give him if he put the dirt under that section of fence for me. I've worked hard over the years to get my lawn under control and they left it a total mess. I'm still picking chunks of the clay pipe in my yard. Several holes were left that weren't there before. I would never use A-Raymond Plumbing again or never recommend them to anyone.

Nathanael S. Was very friendly and professional. He did an amazing job and cleaned up after himself. He was here in a very timely manner. I will definitely use this company for future plumbing issues.

I had been dealing with a collapsed sewer line for a month when my insurer contacted A. Raymond Plumbing due to various issues with other plumbing companies. Within half an hour of hearing my plight I had a plumber en route. They warned me that it could be up to a week before they could get to it. That was two days ago. This morning I received a call asking asking if they could head on out. By 3 p.m. the entire sewer line was replaced, backfilled and the entire back yard was raked and seeded. Exemplary job and communication. If you hadn't seen the equipment, you would never know they had ever been here!

Andy’s team did a great job clearing the blockage in my sewer. Rod got it done very quickly.

A Raymond Plumbing was contracted by HomeServe to repair a leaking water pipe and valve in our driveway. In doing the job Andy, owner of Raymond plumbing damaged our existing driveway and has refused to take our phone calls or return calls to resolve the damages. in the process concrete chunks, mud and debris was left in our yard that we called to be removed. no response nor cleanup was made. We cleaned up after the job was left a mess. The concrete that was poured was never sealed or caulked leaving the job unfinished. It is obvious Raymond plumbing has a "care less attitude" regarding the terrible job that was done.

We had A Raymond out to replace our hot water heater. Our assigned plumber, Rod Cooper, did an excellent job of it!! He worked quickly, efficiently and answered our questions in a friendly manner. We highly recommend A Raymond!

These guys are great. Had standing water in floor drain and needed service before the holiday. They reworked their schedule to accommodate me the same day (shoutout to Heather!) Extremely nice and courteous people who went out of their way for me. Also cleared my drain within 20 minutes and offered advice for routine maintenance. Will recommend to everyone. A+ service!
