They are terrible. I am disabled and I need to be able to have a plumber come or call when they’re saying they’re going to and not keep putting me off and that’s what this company does.

Very knowledgeable and will highly recommend this business. Solved an issue that 4 other companies couldn't for basically no cost. Let this man work!

extremely expensive, 15 mins of work for one plumber, the other plumber was there standing and looking at the other guy working. I was billed $218.56. Called and asked for explanation i was told i was billed a minimum rates even if the work was 5 mins i would have been billed the same. I spoke to Frank.

They are awesome. Fixed my water heater quickly. Extremely nice! Very affordable. Will be calling them again for sure. Cannot be happier.

I talked with Frank on the phone in the morning and he was able to get two of his guys out that afternoon to repair a broken water pipe that was leaking down over two units in our condos.

The guys that came out, Junior and Josh, were like the George Clooney and Brad Pitt from Oceans Eleven, but you know of the plumbing world. They were really friendly, professional, and did an amazing job!

Honest and reasonably priced. Immediate call back when answering service took my number. Had them install new water system in whole house replacing galvanized pipe. Never had such good volume and pressure prior to their installation.

I did not choose to have Perfect Plumbing do my work. I called Perfect Plumbing for a quote to change out a toilet from a 40 year old standard to a new ADA taller toilet. I also had already purchased 2 new faucets and wanted both bathroom faucets changed. The quote I got was staggeringly high, $575.00 for toilet ( with a note stating if shut off or flange is bad cost will be more). Bid to exchange faucet $285.00 per faucet and $125.00 drain hook up. Total bid pre tax was $1395.00. I felt that bid was WAY OUT OF LINE. EACH faucet and drain quote alone was $410.00 not including the purchase price of the faucet. I passed on the quote.
I called another plumber, I bought my own toilet for $150.00 & 2 faucets @ $57.00 each. The different plumber was there for 1 1/2 hours had some additional materials and their total charge was $270.00. SO MY FULL COST OF REPAIR WAS $534.00, that is a difference of $861.00 that I saved. My suggestion is to shop around for quotes.

The work Frank has done for my parents over the years has generally been very good. The problem comes when you need him to come back to follow up or adjust something. Very difficult to get him back out, or to even get a return phone call.

Frank came to look at the project, said he would send an estimate and that his son would finish a job close-by and then come over to do the work, and then never heard from him again! I texted and called after waiting several hours for an estimate. This happened right after Christmas so we had already waited several days. A simple text or phone call that he was too busy would have been the professional thing to do.

These guys are rockstars. I had to have my water main service replaced, they did the whole thing in one day. My water heater cracked and between me calling and a new heater being installed was a matter of hours. They work fast, do a great job, and their prices are very reasonable. I'll be calling them for all my plumbing issues.

Quality service from beginning to end. They walked me through what they were going to do and how, they put plastic on my carpets and stairs and covered my furniture since they had to cut into my wall board and dust was going to go everywhere. They also cleaned up after they were done; wiped down the walls of all the dust, cleaned up my carpets and cleaned up my floors, all this was unexpected!!
No more dripping pipes and best of all it was a very fair price. Thanks Perfect Plumbing.

I had a bad clog in my kitchen sink and a faucet that had bad water pressure. Mark put in a new faucet and unclogged my drain! He explained everything to me and did a fantastic job. The cost was reasonable! I highly recommend Perfect Plumbing in CB!

never ever use this company, stay away people. we have used R G homes to build our houses. they use perfect plumbing to do rough in work. they started out ok, until it failed the inspections, we have been trying to get a hold of them since oct 2023, almost 5 months passing by, my builder has tried and tried, they still havent show up. i dont know what it takes for these guys to fix these issues. i have been so patient with these guys, not mentioning how much interest i have been paying and all the delays that costs me. i have never put a review online. this is my first one. i want other people aware how terrible this company is, irresponsible to their customers

I called Perfect Plumbing because I had a leak and a bad smell coming from under the kitchen sink. I was scheduled right away and was told the tech would give me a free estimate before doing any work. On the day the tech arrived they called me 30 minutes ahead so I was able to go to work right up to appointment time. The tech that arrived was very polite and respectful of my home and me. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately as a loose pipe and repaired it quickly with no new parts. When he was finished he took time to explain what the trouble was. I asked what I owed and he said nothing since the problem was minor. I was shocked. I said surely I at least owe for the service call since I took him away from other customers but he said no, no charge. I then called the owner and again offered to pay a service charge but he also said no charge. I have to say in all my years experience working with contractors, this is the first and only time one has ever performed work and refused to take payment. This company's honesty and integrity is above and beyond any I have ever worked with before. My husband and I are not handy people so if we were told the repair needed new parts and a lengthy repair, we would not have known the difference. You feel so vulnerable calling contractors and just hope you picked one that will be fair and honest. I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt, Perfect Plumbing is an honest, ethical company who's employees are knowledgeable, efficient and respectful. I will be referring all of my friends and family to this five star company from this point on.

I have been a customer of Perfect Plumbing for many years. Over the years, they have installed a tank-less gas water heater, water softener, new toilets, a new water meter, and corrected the original plumbing so that it no longer juts out into the utility room. Everything they have done has worked flawlessly over the years.

Today I had them replace the garage hose bib (an outdoor faucet). They were able to do that in 15 minutes at a very reasonable rate. I highly recommend this business. They are the only plumbing firm I will ever use!

One of the best major service provider I have used. Totally professional in every aspect. But, beyond that, he truly cared about the customer. Frank understood my needs and in a very difficult job provided guidance and options. Then, his team performed the work as craftsmen. Will use them again and recommend to all in need of expert and caring plumbing services.

A few years back on Halloween night we had an issue and this was the only company that would come out. We have called them ever since, however the last couple times they tell us they dispatch and we should get a call and we wait and no call. So we’ve switched companies. What’s sad is someone from this business actually lives in our neighborhood

I could not rave more about my experience with Perfect Plumbing, Thankfully they were the first place I called when I had a leak and I didn't know where it was coming from because Mike not only identified ans stopped the leak, but let me know next steps for filing an insurance claim (I've never needed to b4) and put me in contact with mitigation experts Service Master, and my new Contractor, Tridon Construction and theyve all been amazing to work with! Mike went above and beyond, Frank the Owner was responsive, even when they were so busy and got people right out to my house the same day, BOTH times I needed them quickly to keep the repair project moving along and they SHOWED UP! Francis got me fixed up with the repair, once to stop the leak then back again to finish the repair once mitigation was done.They didn't even charge me for the second trip back. How honest is that! I wouldn't have even known any better but they were looking out! This company.
Must have a great owner, in Frank, that sets an example because everyone I worked with went above and beyond! Thank you all so much! And now I know just who to call for all my plumbing needs!!

This business is amazing. I had a major leak and needed assistance or I'd lose use of my Kitchen. They worked me in their schedule and arrived on time. They were polite and very thorough on assessment and had the parts with them to replace what was defective. They didn't rush and checked to ensure it was completely repaired. They care about their customers and you aren't just a number to them as you are with some of the very large companies. I can't say enough good things and will definitely use them again.
